This is Jumeirah beach. Not Palm Jumeirah Beach. Madan, Here in UAE, fertile soil is imported and that soil is used for planting on side pathways. Not only on Beaches but also on main roads as you can see a neat garden type of setup with fresh flower plants. Also in Jumeriah beach, free wifi networks are provided( in beaches and parks there are hot spots) similar to one which you will find all over downtown Dubai and all airport terminals and malls. Madan failed to note one thing and that is: there are cameras inside and outside taxis (the outer focused cameras from taxis are used to catch road violators and inside ones are to ensure safety and good attitude both passenger and driver ( only government-run taxis are allowed) and no dashcam is allowed here for private purposes since UAE has strict privacy laws. Unlike India no one can objects the local laws here the fitment and plenty of public cameras. One more thing you left out is the speed radars which are ultra modern and take photos with 8 different cameras. These radars locks The object 500m before so no escape for violators. And, The importantnce of mask is if you remove the mask in public places, the fine amount will be 1000 USD. No mercy nor you can appease authorities. If appease fine will increase. So careful while touring in UAE.
