This man is a true Rivers man. I remember this cultural center when I was young. There is this drama called “ Amanga” that we sometimes go there to watch them perform and other shows too.

There has to be a law that ensures projects are not abandoned,state and national infrastructure must be maintained.Allowing national infrastructures,includings to decay,disappointed and deplorable should be a treasonable offense...
