The one people use are for pure sustain (Like Queen Wings, Oracle etc.) But the one he is using (Sea Halberd, War Axe, Endless Battle) Its for sustain and true damage so that he can outplay late game. I tried his builds and it is very good for me, got a 68 percent win rate on ruby bc of his build
