      Even though the accident happened after his rookie year in the NBA if you noticed that list the pro careers of players influenced people's view of their voting even though it shouldn't. Jay didn't have a pro career but you got to move on, at least he was an all American and he gets paid good money to talk about basketball. But its the entertainment business a lot of times he is paid to say things that are controversial if he was just all vanilla that would not help the ratings.

      @StarksTheMayor i agree statistically but the thing with Kidd was that he made teams better even when he didn't dominate the stat sheet & he was like that in college too. That's why I say it's arguable because it's hard to judge how good Kidd was just looking at numbers. Case in point when his Cal team beat defending champs Duke in the 93 tourney, 4 people outscored Kidd in that game but imo he was the best player on the floor. I do think JWill had the better collegiate career but I can see why someone would try to argue for Kidd

    Jwill and those duke teams are the reason I like college basketball and duke basketball. I was like 9 years old and skipped school just to watch them during march madness 😂 when the game was on I used to set up my laundry basket and roll up a pair of socks and act like I played for duke. Dude definitely deserves top10 I’d go as far as top5

      As a PG tho? Kemba was a scorer and lead ball handler so he could score. But he didn't facilitate, run the offense, get everyone involved. If he didn't score, then UCONN couldn't win. Real PG's can score less than 10pg and their team still wins...

    I remember J Will in college and I remember when he went on a run. I can’t remember if it was Wake Forest or Georgia Tech, Duke was losing. Duke called a time out and J will was frustrated, from my college dorm I looked in his eyes and I saw the switch go off and he went on a tear.

    Being from NC, the Tarheels was my team. As far as pgs, Joseph Forte and Ty lawson was them dudes for the school. Unfortunately when Duke and unc played, Jay Williams was definitely the player i watched for. Always wished he played for UNC 🤣. He definitely should be higher on the list. Top 10 for sure and possibly top 3

    I grew up not liking Duke at all, but Jay Williams should be in the top 5 and maybe even #1. His college career was one of the greatest I've ever seen, and I vividly remember because I was rooting against him.

I hated Duke with a passion, they were the college villain team and we loved to hate on them. Some of their players were among the best at their respective positions. Christian Laetner, Grant Hill and Jason Williams stick out. Williams destroyed people at college and made grown men cry by beating their teams. Not me, but other grown dudes.

    I think some of this is about what they did in the pros. Allen Iverson was a beast, but he only did 2 years at Georgetown and didn't got to the Sweet 16 and 8.

    Steve Blake back to-back final fours and a National tilte for the Terps. And played Jay Will tooth and nails and beat him and one of the most loaded duke teams of all time multiple times. Played 13 seasons in NBA ! Jus saying. He should be top 20.
