  • Do you think you have back pain from a spondylolisthesis problem? Well, I'm going to cover with you today, three ways to improve back problems, if you've got spondylolisthesis. Real quick, just about a spondylolisthesis, what it is. If you think of the low back bones, the vertebrae, it's when one of those bones begins to shift forward towards the front of your body, and it begins to pinched nerves. It can injure discs, and then in really severe cases, it can cause a broken spine bones.
If you don't know that you have a spondylolisthesis problem or not yet, then it's something that you might want to get checked out. But basically, it's found or diagnosed by a doctor, whenever they do x rays or MRI, they can see the bones of the spine and can see if they're shifted or not.
There's a ton of reasons for back pain. This is just one. It's more of a rare one, it doesn't happen too often. But when it does, it's potentially a very dangerous problem. But the good news is it can be fixed and can be helped without surgery, without having to rely on medications or surgery or injections as well.

Thank you so very much for these exercises. I am 77 yrs old, and have been diagnosed with spondylolisthesis. Operation was mentioned, but that is not the route I wish to take at my age. I have been doing your exercises and have been amazed at the instant relief !! I only watched your video yesterday, and today I have managed to make our bed and make the breakfast with no pain at all. It can only get better as I go forward. Thank you again for being there for us.

I just got X-ray from a chiropractor & he mentioned Spondy. I did not get an adjustment & will meet w/him Monday for discussion of the X-ray. I love working out so these exercises give me something to focus on until I can get further info. Love all your great info & might have to schedule an appointment next time I go through El Paso! ✌️

Is the exercises the same for (mild) retrolethesis? But I also have a disc thats losing height so I have been doing all your lower ab strengthening and I have been feeling better. I think I had muscle imbalance. But now I'm concerned I should maybe start arching my back more so the mild retrolithesis doesn't get worse?I also have hip osteoarthritis and do all your glute exercises..

Hey Victoria! We are so sorry to hear that you are dealing with retrolisthesis, We can only imagine the pain you are experiencing and the limitations it has placed on you. We are glad to hear that you have found some of the exercises in the videos helpful and that they've relieved some of the pain in your back and hips.
To answer your question, yes they can potentially be helpful but we can't give you specific advice on what would work for you as we don't know the complete extent of your diagnosis. With that said, if you have found the exercises you are currently beneficial we would suggest you to keep doing them but just be aware and cautious to not overdo them.
We would also like to leave you with additional resources that might come in handy in improving your situation:

Hi Angela, We are so sorry to hear that your husband is experiencing lower abdomen pain.🥺 There could be various reasons why that is happening but we would not be able to determine why without a proper evaluation. At this time we highly suggest stopping the exercise and recommend seeing your healthcare provider. 🙌

I was diagnosed at age 18. Been working in construction for 40 years since. When the back goes like it did again today it’s no fun. These exercises have really helped just now.
Thanks mate , all the best from 🇦🇺👍🍻🫡
