Thank you sooooo much! I see so many people buying from yahoo auctions Japan getting such good stuff but all the other videos were so confusing. Thank you for explaining everything and being to the point and easy to follow
This was an amazing video. Thank you so much. Made so much sense. I just have one question..I’m looking at the shipping in your video. For the newer order..was the shipping alone the $200? Or was that the entire order? I was completely sure. Cause that’s way too much for just shipping alone.
That was just the shipping. But there was a huge amount of items and a large box also it's domestic shipping within Japan and internal shipping (EMS the most expensive express mail)
Have you ever used the "Ship directly" feature or is that something you wouldn't use? I actually just started bidding on items a couple days ago and have won 2 auctions and have paid and now Im just waiting to receive notification that items have arrived at warehouse and then is there another charge from there?
I have used direct Shipping all it does is once your items get to the wearhouse they will automatically ship via EMS with no action by you needed. For your second question yes once they arrive at the wearhouse you'll be able to pick to combine shipments, or pay shipping for each via different shipping methods ems, sal, and others I recommend ems or sal
Thank you for the informative video! I had the highest bid for an item yesterday, but ever since today there is someone (or something idk) who keeps bidding higher and I can't get through (when I try to type and confirm a new price, it says I need to bid higher than the current bid). Say the bid is at 650 yen, when I confirm the higher bid of 700, that person has already bidded 710 and I get a sign that my bid needs to be higher. How do people do this :( I feel like there is no way I can have a higher bid this way aahh
Hey I recently bought a pair of pants on jp auctions through buyee, I was wondering since I already paid should I just expect the item to show up at my house within a month? Or do I need to contact them and pay for shipping from their warehouse to be shipped to my house. How does that work? I unknowingly paid for the standard plan which comes with the inspection so does that mean it’ll take even longer to arrive to me? Or how do I receive?
No, they cannot ship straight to you since the whole reason you are using this site. You cannot buy JP auctions without a Japanese address if the item is small it won't be that expensive there are options like EMS is the best and most expensive then SAL slower but much cheaper and then China Post which is super cheap but takes forever
hi if i use the snipe button, and say my maximum bid is $100 and the current bid amount is $20. how much will be placed 5 minutes before the auction? is it the maximum $100 or just a few bucks above the $20? thanks
When I place a bit it says 'Your bid must be greater than current item price' even when my bid it's the greater at the moment, what does that mean? Do I have to purchase the buyee points in order to bid properly? I'm kind of lost right now ;A;
Okay so it's like eBay items price is 1$ so you bid 2$ but the person who originally bid 1$ actually bid 10$ so that's why it keeps saying you must bid more!
Do you need to send money in before you can place a bid? Every other service I've used makes you send in 50% of your max bid first. Does this just take the money for the bid right out of your paypal or how does that work?
@@Cesaille - What about when you win an auction? Do you have to pay up front, right there when the auction ended as you won? Or can take a few days to pay while/till your item arrives to the storage/warehouse? Sorry for asking you but it's good to ask someone who has experience already. lol!
Alright so you have to have a PayPal account/card linked but say you don't have enough in your PayPal the items are still yours they just request payment asap since they still have to pay for the item while you wait! Hope that explains it basically it will try to take the money once the auctions ends not when you bid
May I heard from your exprince when my item reach the buyee weare house can I request for Group my items into as few shipments and the shipping fee only charge on 1 time if i buy from 2 different seller ?
Buyee are scamming customers on their "protective packaging" service. They will charge you the fee but not doing anything. This has happened many times to me. I requested a set of photos before adding protective packaging, and another set of photos after adding. They are exactly the same!! No change of weight at all!! On their freight, they overcharge for shipping. Buyers beware.
Depends on which shipping method! My guess is EMS (most fast and expensive) will be around 30$ and then SAL (I recommend) about 20$. Also keep in mind you pay domestic shipping (Japan to buyee wearhouse) and international (wearhouse to you) at the same time
Hi i have a question. When you win an auction, you only need to pay the next increment over the next highest bidder. So what would prevent other bidders from smacking an incredulous price to win?
nothing! you can bid any amount you want from 1 cent to 10,000 dollars bidding is something where you dont know if you'll win until its over! some auctions have buy it now options
Hey Katie! I bought an I item from a seller who has about 9000 good reviews and about 49 bad but I'm very skeptical with buying items internationally you mind if I can contact you about this?
So it's the same as bidding on an eBay auction you enter whatever amount you're willing to pay there are payment/buying fees that are usually 5$ or less
They have multiple options! Some cheaper then others they hold items for free for 30days then will hold them forever but when you go to pay shipping there's an extension fee of 100 yen per day! They offer a shipping cost calculator if it's small items the shipping is relatively cheap! 10$ish for small items even less of you use cheap shipping

Katie Dobson is it usually pretty expensive once it arrives? I didn’t know I would be paying again for the shipping method, I’m from california

When the the Carrier delivered your package to you do you have to pay for the delivery charges?
You have to pay for shipping yes, custom fees are different for each country in the USA you don't have any custom fees or at least I never have

the shipping is much too expensive ...

if you confirm place to bid is shipping included?
Anthony Chan II no! It's calculated once the item/s arrive to there wearhouse
How do i see the shipping fee before bidding
There is no way to see an exact shipping fee you can estimate shipping if the seller provided the weight and size of the package the goods will be in
Is there any way i can contact the seller ?
Yes, serval if you speak Japanese you can contact then via Yahoo autions it's self or you can ask buyee support to do it for you via email
