I love the spinner head. I have a small drain clearing unit that attaches to my pressure washer and it came with a spinner. Its my weapon of choice. Lol
I may be wrong but the sump system looks like a poor set up and just a temp fix to a plugged drain down in the basement, I do not believe the builder would have done something like that ! But ... I could be wrong !
That was a sketchy Home owner set up for a sump drain but you got the main line unpluged for Him rubber glove and all awesome job with Ollie and his main rat back up Big Ratty

They were using them to hold the pump pipe down but not good to have bags of potting soil around your sump pump, that loose dirt will clog it up like clockwork.
If/when I ever need to call a tradesperson.....I am going to run around and clean immediately after calling for help!!! Are these people ever embarrassed????
