Not really, even before Bard, Thunder has fallen off the meta he just cant deal with the amount of skill damage there are in the game and his heal makes it even worse

Thunder is a large sand bag that just exacerbates death when fighting against a strong range rally... Bard will now make the trades even more disgusting

Bard's kill skill to generate rage and ATK is obviously a counter to people sending 1 squad units to weaken AOE damage

Julia with bard now can probably deal with thunder in garrison. Thunder is in for a tough time😌

I don't use any Garrison as im not giga strong, but if i was to focus on Garrison i would use Viktor Riven
