Make a list and do two things you love every day, also shower and change every day. I’m seeing my therapist with on line meetings, look into it and ask friends who they like, they know you and can provide good references, also your family dr. Lately most therapy is free or low cost if you are struggling with money . Take care. .
@Al Gernon I totally agree with you, depression gets people when they are alone or it makes them alone so it is better to talk to people "air out your thoughts" I suffered BIG time from it really big time it was so painful mentally and physically BUT THERE IS A WAY OUT.

@@reach09 Actually, the brand George’s is quite flavorless and the consistency of water. Unlike other aloe drinks that can be thick and slimy. I highly recommend it.

Hey, you can go online to KFL and they do delivery. You can search under frozen meat category for all the sliced meats and meat balls. Then, you can go to their chinese grocery section and search for hotpot ingredient where they have the HDL (Hai Di Lao - the same brand that mikey had in this video) hot pot soup base... and you're good to go!!

Hai Di Lao has amazing food and their delivery is top notch! Its one of the best delivery hot pot places here in Tokyo since people in Japan don't eat spicy food too often.

18 years ago, when we were students in NY. On the last night of the year 12/31 9pm, we decided to eat something to celebrate the new year. We drove to Flushing and had all-you-can-eat hotpot. I remember it was $18.99 per person, a pretty steap price for a student living on scholarship. That was one of the best meal we ever had. :-)
OMG you make those dumplings look soooooo good. It's full of juice and so big. I was craving for some dumplings last week and ordered some only to disappoint me. I was not a happy camper lol.
