This is actually putrid. Dannii grew up in the entertainment industry and had some great songs/disco bangers. Graham is being cruel here. Perhaps Dannii turned down an offer to go on his show. Dannii, talking about her first appearance as a judge on the X Factor, said Sharon entered her dressing room and screamed abuse at her, reducing her to tears just minutes before they were both due to go on. Dannii was so distraught that producers had to forcibly remove Sharon from the room.
Equally though, Sharon wrote that she had requested to see Danii that day, two hours before the show had started - to no avail. After her agent was twice unable to pull Danii aside for a few minutes, Sharon went in herself to speak to her, and admits that she was “like an Exocet missile propelled by sheer fury”, but that it was only one person who gently guided her to the exit after Danii had refused to speak. Sharon also claims that she held a private meeting with Danii and the executive producer on The X Factor to address their issues, but that her attempt to make peace "had fallen on deaf ears" as Danii allegedly refused to co-operate. I'm not saying that Sharon is right by any means, I'm saying that it's highly likely there's exaggerated stories on both sides. They can write whatever they want in their respective biographies and twist the facts however they like to keep their readers on their side.

Very true, am I alone in thinking that David Boreanaz was perhaps thinking the same thing? He didn't look too comfortable or impressed and remained silent for the most part as the pair of them verbally bashed her. Graham is being cruel here. Perhaps Dannii turned down an offer to go on his show. Dannii, talking about her first appearance as a judge on the X Factor, said Sharon entered her dressing room and screamed abuse at her, reducing her to tears just minutes before they were both due to go on. Dannii was so distraught that producers had to forcibly remove Sharon from the room.
Equally though, Sharon wrote that she had requested to see Danii that day, two hours before the show had started - to no avail. After her agent was twice unable to pull Danii aside for a few minutes, Sharon went in herself to speak to her, and admits that she was “like an Exocet missile propelled by sheer fury”, but that it was only one person who gently guided her to the exit after Danii had refused to speak.
Sharon also claims that she held a private meeting with Danii and the executive producer on The X Factor to address their issues, but that her attempt to make peace "had fallen on deaf ears" as Danii allegedly refused to co-operate.
I'm not saying that Sharon is right by any means, I'm saying that it's highly likely there's exaggerated stories on both sides. They can write whatever they want in their respective biographies and twist the facts however they like to keep their readers on their side.

Everyone else just played up to the audience and focused on image. Sure she isn;t the greatest singer herself......nobody on the panel was and Dannii has had a long and highly successful career in the industry which is fact. She was my absolute favourite judge.
