I'm not from Tassie so I don't know many clubs are around but having a quick search usually will find the Facebook page. It's a pretty niche hobby when it comes to clubs, usually people just fly on their own. If there are no clubs just finding some mates or people interested in the hobby and setting up a track might be your only option. Best of luck!
