Great, straight to the point ! I still have a answer i dont find on the web regarding the 24h limit for product download. The e-mail say a new link will be generated afterward if client want to access the content. They will not have to pay again or anything else that is irritating right ?
Glad it helped. Yes, that's right. A new link is sent to the client. They don't have to pay for the product again. It is annoying. Not sure why Squarespace have made it this way.
Glad it was helpful Marie. You can do the same for videos but what You’d do is upload your video to say Vimeo or your chosen video platform. Then create a “welcome PDF” with the video link inside that PDF. Then In Squarespace you just upload the welcome PDF just like I’ve shown in this video. When someone purchases, they download the welcome PDF and then click on the link in there to be taken to the video.
Hello, just a couple of questions.. Are you protected from charge backs? And is there a way that you can offer to accept tips after being paid? Thank you
@@AlanaJadeStudio Oh sorry.. I'm a bit worried in doing invoice as there are charge back issues in PayPal. Where "buyers" retract their payment. Or are you protected from it? The tips is when they're done with their purchase, is it possible to have a tip prompt?
I’m not sure about the charge back through paypal - this would be a question you could ask Squarespace customer support. I don’t think there’s functionally to receive tips.
Hello, did you ever make that video for multiple digital products at one time? I'm still new to squarespace and about to set up my shop. Thank you so much!
Hi David, I haven't as yet. But all you need to do is upload your digital products to a shared drive like google or dropbox. Then create a 'welcome PDF' and inside that PDF have links to all the digital products in the shared drive. Then upload the welcome PDF to the product in the shop. When a customer buys the product, they download the welcome PDF, which they can then click on the links inside there to access all the digital products.
Hi Kaylaa, without looking at what you’ve created, it’s hard for me to say but you can always reach out to squarespace support directly and they will most definitely be able to help you.
Thanks for the amazing video? When they receive the ebook will it be a regular pdf or can it be formated to a similar quality of kindle?
Hmmmm good question. I'm not sure. This would be a good one to ask Squarespace support. :-)

I’m not really sure what you mean by these things. Are you able to provide more information of what you’re trying to achieve?
