      My first day also started with advanced weighted calisthenic/streetlifting to build muscle faster and my goal is strength.

      Please continue, it’s much more impressive than weightlifting and the physique is different (muscles aren’t as big, but more explosive power and usually less body fat and more defined)

    Done 3 rounds. I am 49 years old and I discovered your channel recently. I started sound calisthenics 1 year ago, my goal is to loose even more weight (I went from 94kg to 85 just with jump rope, now with attention to diet and calisthenics I am at 78!)

    I've been following you guys here for quite some time now and part of what's awesome about following you is that I'm always either learning new exercises (which definitely helps keeping me motivated) or getting pointers on exercises I'm already doing.     I am seeing your videos from 3 months . Iam make my workout program by the help of you two only . You are legends bro . I make lots of progress in calisthenics . I can do 10 pull ups . But i dont know how to built strength for muscle ups . Make video on this .

    In my experience, when doing heel touches, it is even more effective with the palms of your hands facing upwards. You should try it!

    Starting calisthenics today! Planning on doing either the beginner plan, do this to build muscle, or the 12 week journey but not sure which one would be best! I’m already in good shape and have been lifting consistently for years now, but just wanted to give calisthenics a try since I’ll be traveling a lot this month. Would this core circuit be good to do on alternate days if I do the 12 week journey of beginner plan? It just feels like 3-4 days a week is too little since I have been lifting 5-6 days a week for some time now.

    Perfect workout for the home without any equipment. Have you thought about adding some tips to help.the beginners improve there form and use correct techniques. This would help them get the best results from a workout. I know as a beginner I was doing a few of the exercises using wrong techniques and bad form.

    Love it, I’ve been looking for some extra exercises, since I have 4 tears in my knees and can’t go running because of this. I will definitely add this as an extra workout in the week instead.

    Some of the exercises can be, when performed improperly, harm the lower back. Especially for beginners, exercises like a V-up put way too much strain on the lumbar spine.

    You cannot build core muscles by doing ab circuits, you train them them functionally
