This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath home that meets the qualifications of a Tier 3 Tiny home. It has a sunroom, computer nook, pool, hot tub, BBQ area and light gardening.
Use bb.moveobjects right before placing
I use NO CC art from the Sims 4 gallery, the art will be in the build if downloaded, you do not have to download anything external. Check the hashtags in the lot description and search the gallery by EA ID for their names for more awesome art to download.

@@celin889 Are you talking about photos? (You can add a frame to any of the paintings by clicking on it in live mode)
Schnuck yes I mean the little photos you put on the walls.. are you downloading them from the gallery? I know that there are some with quotes on it. Is that how you do it?
@@celin889 Yes, they are from the gallery, you can try searching for nocc paintings, nocc photos or nocc art. A few of my favorite art creators are Mandykay77, Juwels64 & SimSationalToo - you can also try searching the gallery by Origin ID and type in their names.
@@celin889 Some people put paintings like that in their game then upload them to the gallery so other people can download them without downloading CC ^_^
You are, no lie or exaggeration, the best Sims builder out there. The depth of the things you do, and WITHOUT CC, is mind-blowing. Seriously, you're my main inspiration when I build in the game. Every time I watch a video of yours, I spot a new trick or creative use of items that makes me go "OMG, that's SO CLEVER." That's it, I'm done gushing, but your content is 11/10!!

autumn 77 the thing with tiny homes is a lot of people think that tiny houses need to be on a trailer so that they can travel with the house. But really if you know yourself you aren’t interested in travelling with the house and just want a tiny non moveable house then you can incorporate more space then the limited space that most tiny owners have, since you wouldn’t be restricted by the trailer and the law (since there is a size limit to traveling).

Every inch of this is eye candy! I’m currently enjoying your Southwestern Spring build with an archaeology student. Sometimes I do like to take your builds apart and check out the “insides” but I swear I always put them back! Lol.

How sweet! He made his friend the ultimate comfort food after her bad day-mac&cheese! Love the build, the details, the animation is smooth so no motion sickness from watching, and your creativity just shines through. The sunken hot tub with the pool looks great and is so realistic. I love the view and walk to the beach from that lot, and this home fits beautifully!

Thank you! I honestly don't care for TS4 terrain tools, as they are you can tell they were an after thought. I am really hoping they improve them. TS2 terrain tools were amazing.

@@NectereYT Thanks so much! I don't know if you know this or not, but you don't have to have T.O.O.L in your game to use a build that used T.O.O.L everything stays rotated without the mod. I understand the no mods and CC , to each their own - but just so you know, you don't need the mod to use the build =)

This is the first video I’ve watched of yours. I usually don’t comment until I have seen more from a content creator, but this is a stunning build. Judging by other comments, this level of design is pretty standard for you. So this build video and your commenters have convinced me to sub to you. I mention as I know many creators like to know why people subscribe to them.
The build is, as I said, stunning! I love it. I’m not sure why YT don’t suggest you to me before but I clicked almost immediately as the thumbnail immediately made me want to see the build. Then I was asking myself how much CC you were using as you built...only to look at the title and realize it was none. Anyway great job, with the build as well as the design of everything’s I won’t repeat others but yeah, I’ll also have to download this to see how you did a couple of things.
