- Hey everyone I got a chance to check out Istanbul Hawaii and it is the best Turkish restaurant in Hawaii. If you are not familiar with Turkish food it inspired from Ottoman cuisine and is a fusion of Mediterranean, Balkan, Middle Eastern, Central Asian, Eastern European and Armenian cuisines. If you never had Turkish food you must try Istanbul Hawaii out! The lamb kebabs and donor plate are out of this world!

I like the kebabs and saffron rice! Interesting drinks!
Yes, many times. Love it! Spanokopita, Babaganoush (best eggplant dip ever), Classic Hummus, Kabobs, Pilaf Rice, Baklava and so much more. Love it all! So pleasantly surprised to know there's at least one Turkish/Mediterranean restaurant on Oahu and that you find it very good! Extra props to them for using local ingredients where possible. Mahalo for this food excursion!! So cute to see your son enjoying the meal. Happy Birthday Charles! Celebrate all year.

It's so nice to see your son join you for this food adventure/natal day celebration and exploring new cuisine in the Kaka'ako area. Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine is delicious and definitely an occasional dine out experience for me.

I love all middle east foods, there used to be a fine dinning restaurant called andrews restaurant before at old ward warehouse, it was a italian cruisine, they had baked alaskan dessert, my Favorite, i miss semi fine dinings.

I absolutely love Middle Eastern/Greek/Turkish foods! Thanks for showing off Istanbul. It all looked so yummy and the drinks looked very interesting. I had it on my list for a while but just never did make it. One day!

On their website it said they have a UV light filter in their ventilation system that they installed. and they do temperature checks too. My first time dining in in over a year. well I sat outside haha. btw congrats on hitting 1k you totally deserve it. Will watch your new videos tonight.
