- This week we are recapping episode 16 ‘Je Suis Une Ami’ and discussing some of the competitive nature of the show. Lindsey and Tammin talk about the reality of feet pics and how to profit off having a great wiki feet score. Lindsey shares what she thinks happened to Paige’s mom on the show, and how the actors trained for the swimming scenes. Tammin and Lindsey also applaud the show for its ability to balance intense topics with funny one liners. Finally, Tammin reveals how being one of the cast members left out of a whole cast group poster was a painful experience.

I'm pretty sure that Paige's mom was alive and I'm her life bc in an episode with Emily in Paige's room, Paige says "don't worry mom, she's just a friend" on the phone
And she says “parents” when she has to move.
And at one stage she says she's come out to her parents and there was screaming and yelling but everything's okay now. I always got the impression she was distant from them and it's the kind of situation where they have a perfect perception of her which doesn't match up with who she actually is.
Okay but maybe it’s not her real mom. Maybe it’s her dads new wife and she’s forced to call her mom

The all point of listening to someone else talk about different topics based on their perspective and opinions, you have to be open minded to understand that someone having a different opinion to what you think is a fact is not wrong. You have to listen to other people's perspective or opinions without being shocked or annoyed that they don't think the way you do.

Personally, I live by the old Irish adage: Forgiven, not forgotten. You forgive but always remember what the person did to you so you don't fall into the same hole again. You don't completely let go, you just move on with a memory of what happened in the past.

I used to love PLL (& I was a young adult), but all the girls hooking up with older guy/men I always felt was gross & bad for younger girls to see because it's never seen or talked about as a bad thing...
That young girls are being taken advantage of by the men in the show.

@@donnat1911 I get it though from a marketing point, you have the main girls and then a bunch of hot guys. Mona being included because she ultimately was a larger part of the show making her someone could point out while getting familiar with the characters.
I LOVE this podcast and even though I've seen the show multiple times. I would love to see more pictures or clips edited in while they're mentioning them. I am such a visual learner; this would help so much.

I'm pretty sure (I may be wrong) the cast photo being referred to was released prior to season 3 airing. The reason I say this is because Drew Van Acker is in it and he wasn't Jason in season 1. And Janel has her villain Mona makeup on.
The reason why Janel was in it I'm assuming is because she was promoted to regular and became a sort of honorary liar moving forward.
Who knows why they had all the boys in it, a lot of them were just recurring like Jason or Lucas at the time. If they had recurring characters in it they should have had Jenna included.
When Tammin said her mother has dealt with feeling left out due to being the youngest of 3 with a 10 year age gap, I was like, ME. I wish I could hear more from her about that experience!!

That picture was definitely season 2 cause it had the jason replacement on it. But they even had garrett and wren on it like what the heck. Jenna and Melissa were bigger characters than they were. With it being season 2 that means Paige would have been left out as well.

Our body heat leaves us through our head and feet. I am always hot, so I have no socks on or headwear on at all. We get cooler faster without covering feet and head.
