Yes. It's the same as on the ship. The food and water/tea are included. Soft drinks and alcohol are included if you have the corresponding drink package on the ship.
You must have taken these videos very early in the morning as by mid-morning/noon....most of the beach chairs are full and there are long lines with a 15-20 minute wait for a drink at the bars. The buffet, however, moves quickly and always seems to have ample seating. You forgot to add to take a fly swatter. The flies around the food at the buffet are awful at certain times of year. And you have to continually swat them away while you eat. Be sure to take "beach shoes" if you plan on going into the water because many areas of the beach can be rocky. Having those beach shoes can save your feet until you get past the line of rocks and into the sandy waters. The water has always been very pleasant in temperature and cleanliness the times I have been there over the years in Spring and Fall.
The beach (Infinity) and bars (Patron and Bertram's) closest to the tender dock definitely get more crowded than the others. And the videos of those 2 bars were taken in the afternoon. There was a pretty sizable line at 11:15 at the Abaco Taco when it opened. But it moved pretty good. If you want to avoid the crowds, I would recommend heading further away from the tender dock to Cabana Beach and the Lighthouse Beach Bar. We didn't wait at all for any drinks for food down there. And we didn't see any flies, but it was February and there was a breeze.
