Yeah, I have learned that way as well. But it’s highly stressful for male. Just remove female once eggs are in bubble.
I just spawned mine 3 days ago… got some brine shrimp bubbling in anticipation of hatching 🙃

After how many days I separated for father
Once all fry are free swimming, you are good to remove male. Usually it’s 1-2 days of fry hatch.
