    To Test: Boil a cup of water dip the valve it and the valve should retract up and shut off the air. OK got it. Thanks for doing this video Its very helpful.

    Hello.
    How its suppose to be the valve with ambient temperature??
    Its ok if the valve in in the middle (exit hole). Fully open its only for a cold situation like -20 degree right?

      Hello,
      If the valve is functioning correctly, you should have the pressed in piece pushed down level with the housing. There is some "tuning" available by not pressing it in far enough and then tapping it while the car is running to get the desired idle speed.
      Keep in mind, this only controls the air portion. The fuel pressure module controls the fuel part. There are books available to tell you how to set it up poperly, I'd suggest trying to grab a hold of one of those as it can be someehat complicated.

      i mean the inside part/piston, this is a picture of what i actually have with 25-30ºC but im not sure if its ok or there is a problem with the valve.
      Provably the valve it's ok because the car work well except when its cold, but only the first second/minute.

    RTV hint: RTV cures with moisture. Like placing a damp cloth over it will cure faster
