Hello. How its suppose to be the valve with ambient temperature?? Its ok if the valve in in the middle (exit hole). Fully open its only for a cold situation like -20 degree right? Thank you.
Hello, If the valve is functioning correctly, you should have the pressed in piece pushed down level with the housing. There is some "tuning" available by not pressing it in far enough and then tapping it while the car is running to get the desired idle speed. Keep in mind, this only controls the air portion. The fuel pressure module controls the fuel part. There are books available to tell you how to set it up poperly, I'd suggest trying to grab a hold of one of those as it can be someehat complicated.

RTV hint: RTV cures with moisture. Like placing a damp cloth over it will cure faster
