Villa MelPedro ZIPLINE Karkloof canopy tour

My boys (now men) surprised me and came to Durban South Africa from the UK and New Zealand. They planned a memorable visit to Karkloof Canopy Tours in the Kzn Midlands near Howick and is about 130 kilometers from the Durban Beach Front and I used Ushaka Marine World and Fun Park as my marker. It is about 1 hour 40 minutes to get there. You go through Durban, past Westville, Pinetown and up to Kloof and Hillcrest. carry on the N3 towards Joburg past Hammarsdale, Cato Ridge, Pietermaritzburg and on to Hilton up the Town Hill on the highway. Then on to Howick and off right to Karkloof, where you will find the Karkloof Canopy Tours, which is well demarcated. The Zipline is well run and very professional. It has 10 zipline sections that make up the whole tour. The longest is a whopping 200 metres and it takes +/- 2 hours. It is very exhilarating and is completely safe. The oldest to go was 93 years old and i think the youngest was 5 years old.
We have no interest in the business, we just really enjoyed it.
