We are building an island home in the Philippines in Bohol in CPG Island. It is a Do It Yourself project DIY and we are hoping to do it as an off grid development. We are hoping to help the local community in a small way to assist them. We are so exited to start building in July 2023 but have already bought the property. Watch us as we build together. WE have built our mini home on an island off Bohol in the Philippines called President Carlos P Garcia Island in Campamanog. Many Hurdles later we have water and electricity. we are on satellite internet and live on 1,6 hectares of beach land producing our own fruit. Join us as we start again for tatay SOON

Were have moved into our beachfront Island home. It has been 2 day under 3 months to build our little piece of heaven. This is on an island called CPG Island overseas from the town of Ubay on the island of Bohol. Share in our adventure as we finish this home and start our main home. (in the New Year. We are winning the challenge. We now have Starlink Satellite Internet on the Island. We are up to window height in the build. We are planning to go "Off Grid" as far as possible. Finally we are building our island beach house in the (CPG) Carlos P. Garcia off Bohol in the Philippines. We have broken ground. Done foundations. Building columns, digging a deep well (borehole for water) clearing the land as well as cutting coconut trees for timber batons.

Our visit with good friends John & Malou Howard, as one of bucket list items is now ticked before we leave South Africa to live on the CPG Island off Bohol in the The Philippines.
