I’ve watched his Troop many times. Not sorry to say, I missed that food session! 😑I read that it’s kinda like cows chewing their cud ( my words here.) I don’t think it’s like, an “ all the time” thing... I sure have saw some videos where they THROW their poo at people! Omg... in one video, which is a comic voiceover, one threw some and it landed smack dab on a woman’s face! 😂😂😂😂😂forgive for finding that funny... I think I need to take a nap! 🙈 C/p: “some animals do so to allow tough plant materials to be digested more thoroughly by passing twice through the digestive tract. Other species may eat feces under certain conditions.” C/p: “ Gorillas spend half their waking hours in the wild eating. ... A beautiful sweet bond has been forged and I am certain that the sweet but sharp eyed Miss Hina will take these opportunities to observe this mischievous little one and his surroundings and take note if anything is amiss or not right such as his walking with his toes curled, lack of proper housekeeping and so on, discussing her findings with the right people and working with them to find and implement the right solution/solutions.

I like to see Genki get some extra soft food. All I see her eat is green leaves or grass, that is one reason she can't get enough to eat. Gentaro hides while eating. Kintaro is the one who rarely gets food that is put out to share. This is my favorite family, next is Shabani's.

I've only seen two other gorillas do it: Shabani and Ai. In fact in a scene Kiyomasa is watching dumbfounded ... just like me!

Why not put a screen up and let the gorillas watch movies and tv for their entertainment and enrichment
