The part where he was arrested for being involved in the bowling alley falsely accused that was truly injustice and unjustified but the racism were just cruel i think they only did that to him was because he was the biggest superstar throughout Virginia and it made some people jealous but when he got out they were more jealous that he went on to become an icon in the NBA They did everything in their power to break him but he made it through a true legend
I have so much respect for this individual than any athlete I've ever followed. He's going to mature into an elder just like a fine wine.
I love this guy. I stopped watch basketball when he retired - and he is very handsome. Hope he is living his best life - with good health, peace, love and happiness.❤

Didn't know about his friend Bubba. I had a friend similar to Bubba. His name was Aaron. His family was poor. We played all summer. Then one day I went to get him so we could play. His mom answered the door. She said he wasn't there. She didn't tell me where he was. She told me he is not coming back. I didn't understand. I remember crying a little in private. As I got older. I figured she might have put Aaron up for adoption. This is a true story. I never heard from him again. I am 51 years old and I can still see that hopeless look on his face when I first met him. I still feel the same sadness when I think about him. I hope he's somewhere out there, happy and married with a family...❤🙏🏿

HE WAS TRYING TO GIVE THE SPORTS TEAMS EQUIPMENT BUT CERTAIN PEOPLE IN THE SCHOOL'S ADMINISTRATION DURING 95 TO 99 WOULD NOT ALLOW IT. DURING THAT TIME BETHEL HIGH SCHOOL DIDNT EVEN ALLOW PEP RALLIES FOR THEIR SPORTS TEAMS. OUR HIGH SCHOOL EXPERIENCE WAS RUINED BY STUPID, IGNORANT, RIGID ADULTS.

Allen Iverson was greatly desired in Philadelphia. I agree with Larry Brown's words. But Allen Iverson decided to go in the wrong direction. He decided that his whole culture, knowingly affecting the next generation, was ok. We all have the right to make our own decisions and that was the decision AI made. He thought he was impacting the NBA in a good way. Anyone of us is capable of making the decisions AI did. Of course we need to learn from each others mistakes. Yet, AI left Philadelphia because of his problems. He ended his career for the same reasons. Life isn't easy. As long as we hold on to the decisions that we have made God will direct our paths, He will straighten our paths, but we have to trust Him. Thank God I heard AI say that he will not question God any longer. I hope he has kept his word.
