"The Weimar Years" - Professor Frank McDonough (Liverpool, United Kingdom)

For the 2023 Christmas Special Edition, MARKUS @ HOMe hosts as a return guest the academic historian Professor Frank McDonough for an interview on the years of German history that preceded the Third Reich, which Prof. McDonough covered in his recent book "The Weimar Years: Rise and Fall 1918 - 1933".
Professor Frank McDonough studied history at Balliol College, Oxford, and gained a PhD from Lancaster University. He has published seminal books on 20th century’s history, focussing upon the rise and fall of National Socialism in Germany, and on the Anglo-German relations in 20th Century.
