YES! I've been waiting for the Fortville vid. I used to visit Fortville back in the 90s.

Lived in Fortville my whole life (17 y/o), crazy to see it grow like it's doing. There's a town park on the west side if you ever take your kids here! Also, if you're sitting in downtown, or near the tracks, you can feel the vibrations and most of my friends who come to visit love that.

Fortville is really changing. People come from all over to visit. And the trains... they roar through there!

Any update on Fortville in the past 3 years?
    1. Specifically looking at good public school systems.
    2. Ease of access to Carmel, Fishers, westfield activities for the family.
    3. Local things to do?
    4. Is it growing like westfield/Noblesville?
    5. Do you think the properties here will appreciate as more things come in or has the growth stalled?
    Thanks in advance!
    Love your videos BTW!

Are the trains super loud? Do they make noise in the middle of the night?

The trains are loud if you're close to the tracks. I don't believe there are many if any during the middle of the night.

He specifically mentioned NEW BUILDS, in metro Indy. And the last few years, with supply chain issues and inflation...he's correct.
