Really interesting video, Pablo. Personally, I'd be very keen on hearing more about Spanish (and Latin American!) politics and government at all levels. Who are the political parties, how are they seen by ordinary people, how have different groups voted historically, what are the current hot topics or political scandals in the news (wasn't there a conflict between the national government and the Madrid government recently over COVID restrictions?). I find this sort of thing really interesting, but my Spanish isn't yet good enough that I can read a national newspaper, and even if I could, without the context, it's hard to know how to understand what I'm reading.

Odio que nuestras campañas duran tantos. Gracias. Este vídeo has sido muy interesante. Vivo en los estado unidos (a veces no tan unidos, jaja) y no votamos directamente para el presidente. Tenemos "the electoral college". Los miembros de este grupo votan directamente para el presidente y nosotros (la gente) votamos para los miembros de "the electoral college". Por esta razón, el voto para el presidente no es por "popular vote" y hay mucha gente acá que se quejan por esta systema. Esto es solo por el presidente.

Todavia no lo tengo claro por completo, cada votante tiene una vota, y esa vota es para elegir diputados en el senado y la camara de los representantes?
Cada persona vota dos veces, una para el Congreso y otra para el Senado. Pero no se suman todos los votos de toda España, sino que se agrupan por provincia.
