Yeah, that’s always been the prelude to crises throughout history, time and time again.
Once the generation (in our case, the Greatest Generation) that witnessed the last great calamity dies off, the trauma lingers for a bit… and then it fades, leading us right back to square one. By that time, the current leadership (in our case, just about everyone in charge right now) are a couple generations removed, growing up ignorant how bad things can get and believing they’re so above it all. And then, next thing they know, they’ve bumbled themselves into another great calamity.
Basically, our collective memory resets every few generations, as the lessons of previous crises fade into distant memories that our descendants don’t take nearly as seriously as they should. Churchill of all people would’ve known that, being the avid historian that he was in life. He probably had that in mind during this automatic writing session, too, even if only so many downloads could come in (and he had to truncate his insights to make them “digestible” for viewers).

I absolutely agree. I don't recognize the world we live in now.... so much division, hate, conflict, chaos, so many "snowflakes" everywhere complaining of EVERYTHING, only because they can't get what they want.... and so many ready to start a war at every corner just for the sake of it, and for profit....
No, the world was never perfect, but now it became simply unbearable.

Winston Churchill was the queens favourite Prime Minister. I remember hearing a speech he made. I think it was during one of the wars. No I’m not I’d enough, it was a recording, I believe at the museum in Ottawa. I could have listened to this wise man all day long. His knowledge. His voice. His love for his Queen and country. Sir Winston knew that King George V's death was hastened in a not uncommon way...a little extra morphine to ease his tremendous pain. What is unusual is that he is saying George VI was also "helped". You can see when he bade farewell to Elizabeth at the airport that he was in poor shape and weak...one lung had been removed. But I think he wanted his daughter not to linger, to see him so ill, and to grab the last bit of alone time with Philip before the crown would land ever so firmly on her head.

I’ve always thought that the Queen may have chosen a voluntary assisted death because of her bone cancer. What’s strange is that she was entertaining at Balmoral the day prior to her death, seemingly in good spirits, but was on her own when she passed. It’s said that Anne was nearby in Scotland at the time. The alternative doesn’t bear thinking about, but could this be what Churchill was writing about?

The way he explained these future changes was scary. If Charles cant do anything, I hope William can. I feel he is stronger than his father.
There have already been troubles within countries that have withdrawn from the Commonwealth...fighting for every inch of soil. It probably also refers to the Ukraine/ Russian conflict with other countries supporting either side. ...now Israel and Palestine. Its getting very close to a possible WW3. I feel sorry for my childrens lifetime...range from 40s to mid 20s as of 2023. Thanks Winston and Shandra. 👍🇦🇺

The late Queen was called an iron fist in a velvet glove. She had charisma charm but a steely inner. She amazed World leaders with her knowledge. She knew everything about them down to the smallest detail.
She did her research and it paid off that is why she was so respected and admired. She was very informed but choose to keep her opinions to herself only speaking if she felt it was in Britain and the monarchy interest to do so. She mostly kept her council to herself.
She didn’t meddle in other countries affairs only offering her condolences congratulations depending on what ever the circumstances were. The King and William would do well to follow her lead it’s what kept her ahead of the game and one step in front.
She was nobody’s fool and was well aware of who was friend and who was foe. And Churchill was one of her greatest prime ministers he was given a state funeral that was how well he was regarded and revered. He was a Wiley old bird a brilliant war prime minister he’s speeches roused the public and rallied them.
The Queen learnt a lot from Churchill and regarded him as a friend. Two extraordinary Britains both serving their country at the same time in history. They’re like we will encounter but only once in history.
RIP to our beloved Queen Elizabeth sadly missed. 🙏🕯️

The monarchy mister Churchill, for many of us, never represented the common every day person struggling for work, home, and children. It’s not sustainable in real life…it represented an unjust system of jewels, castles, opulence not earned but born into. ENOUGH 👑❌

Do not like this man at all. He may have been loved by Great Britain .. but he has plenty of blood on his hands in my Country.. India. His attitude towards my people was uncaring and demeaning.. the created famine so the Brits could eat saw millions perish and die tragically.
