Oh I love the idea of taking a picture of your outfit each day. I do that with my dinner everyday to remember what I had and remember whether me and my kids loved it and ideas for future dinners.
My outfit formula: skinny jeans, cute top/blouse/sweater, shoes (depending on the season) add some cute accessories and I’m done. Also only keep items you really love. Makes getting dressed so much easier. Don’t follow the trends if you don’t like it. Love the tip about analyse what you love. This has to be one of the best videos I’ve ever watched about it ❤🥰
'Outfit formulas', absolutely ground breaking! 🙏Thank you so much for sharing this Kim. I am trying to change my style from skinny jeans and fitted blazers to a 'old money style' but had no idea where to begin!
Thank you so much for this information! I binge watch these personal style videos, and your suggestions were truly original. I love having actual exercises to practice so we can discover what works. I’m excited to try this out! 😄 Thank you!
I've been working on my personal style for a number of years now and dressing up has never been more fun or simple. I feel my best and the most like myself when I finally discovered and started to hone my own personal style. Great video, babe!💕
Yes, same here 🙈 It took me a long time to discover my style, but now I'm so happy with where I am, and that's why I'm so excited to share everything so I can hopefully speed up the process for others 🥰 It's so nice to hear that you have your personal style you love. Thank you for sharing 😘❤️
Oh yes, finding my style took me a long time as well, it's just one of those things that takes a bit of time, hehe. So I'm super happy that you like the formula method and thank you for sharing! 💁♀️😘❤️
New subscriber here!! I’m really enjoying your videos! I’ve been “studying” my style and wardrobe for many years, but I learned something mindblowing in this video, and that is to create outfit formulas 👏🏼 for 👏🏼 every 👏🏼 season! Thank you for this fantastic tidbit!! I’m going to try it!
Love your style!! The idea of having a few outfit formulas helps a lot! I live in a place with 4 seasons, too, and I have many sport hobbies with their own unique outfits (swimming, figure skating, gym, sailing, etc, and all those in summer and winter , which is a lot of outfits 😅 Your analytical process is really helping me declutter!
This shape of your blazers are amazing 😍 Could you share where did you buy it? Your style is so clean but at the same time femine and elegant. You're so inspiring and you look amazing!
I ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ this!!!! 🤯 Will do this for both my wardrobes... persobal and work ones. That style isnone I do love. I am not lucky to find good blazers, though. So I gfavitate to cardigans that I like but for my office style is not ideal. I have one I absolutely love, and it is getting worn out. I also have 3 more that I am hanging on to. One of them I am starting to love more. The other 2 are just taking space, but I need them 😂😅
I love how you have a very unique style and are not just "following trends". This video was helpful. I noticed how I automatically have my formulas, but writing it down and really thinking about it, is a great step for me. So thank you :) where are you from by the way? 😊
I'm super happy you found this video helpful! I noticed the same thing, that when I write things down I suddenly get more clarity, hehe. So thank you for your kind words 😊 And I'm from Slovenia 😍😘
@@freesoul2804 Yes, I actually lived in the UK for a while and it helped soften my accent, hehe 🙈 And nice to know where you're from, I've been to Germany so many times 😍❤️
@@KimBedene your accent is very subtle ☺️ That's great! Ljubljana has been on my travel list for awhile 😍😍 Hope I can go sometime after lockdown. Take care & stay safe!
Thank you! ❤️ Hmmm, good question, I would probably say 4 years, but I believe that I could find it much sooner with the right approach, that's why I'm sharing everything that I learned on this channel 😉🥰
I am known for my preppy/classic style, but I have tried some girly ruffles… (def not me). How can I change up the classic as it can get to be boring? Then, I tend to buy silly clothes that are here today and gone tomorrow. Advice? I love navy or various shades of blue, red, white, black, and camel for fall. Too much color palette?
If you find that classics can get boring, which I definitely understand because I felt the same way in the past, then what I often do is I look for what I call "classics with a twist" or "fun basics" 😍 Yes, you have more girly styles, but there are other styles as well - I love off shoulder tops, tops with shoulder cutouts, puffed sleeves, halter turtlenecks, one-sleeve tops... Also, materials can play a huge rule into how an item looks - if you like more rigid, structured look than cotton or wool are better, for a more relaxed style I love flowy materials like brushed silk, or for more polished elegant look I would go for maybe shiny silk or anything like that. You can also try and find some fun prints that will help you spice up your basics, or finding your favourite colours helps too. There are many different options out there, but you just have to find what works for you - you can either go into stores or order some things online, to try new styles and to see if they would work for you, but then only keep items you're 100% in love with, because we don't want to be adding just for the sake of adding, hehe 💁♀️ I'm going to do a video on this topic as well in the future, how to have a versatile but fun capsule wardrobe, so maybe that will be more useful 😊 Also, as far as the colour palette goes, you can watch this video: th-cam.com/video/XnJrU5qX7ys/w-d-xo.html but from what you've told me, I don't think it's too much at all. As long as you feel great and you enjoy it, go for it! 😘❤️
thank you! I see that you have the same blazer in three different colors, great idea!! This will help me!
I'm so glad! 🥰
Kim, you are so right! I think the taking photos is the only way to really see how you look and then have a record. So smart! ❤
