So I am new to all of this and for the last three weeks I’ve really been learning just so much about A whole plant-based diet!! I can say I have embraced it with a true passion- i’m not craving process food and I’m down 12 pounds in three weeks! This is still so new to me but I loved the raw version of all of this too because I think there’s value in it! I truly think I want to take yawls advice and put a salad to most of my plates- The other thing I can say is the freedom of eating the fruit that I’ve been eating has truly changed my life- I crave fruit instead of processed food truly! Soo blessed by so many that are traveling this journey!
Thank you for sharing the light!

Chef AJ, If you miss warm food you can make a tomato soup in the Vitamix and let it warm up to 118. Still considered raw. Very yummy.

Ms. Leiterman looks fantastic. I like how she brought up that we need to earn our food. Physical activity is so important to feeling good physically/ mentally/ even spiritually because it shows appreciation for our life. I also appreciate that she was real about the family and friends who don’t follow the same diet but showing love and valuing those people is what is most important. We can’t control others and wouldn’t really want to for many reasons.

I like this guest, good information. She said she was an older mother, but she looks to be in her 40's. She just said she is in her 50's. She looks great. I don't know if it is raw eating, it sounds like she is focused on health, body, working out, all great!
Im in my 50's too.. For me to eat more raw in the summer works great, but during the winter, I want cooked foods. That works for me.

@@sparkleinco2035 I agree. I think it is easy to forget that genetics plays a big roll in appearance, muscle building, aging, so much. Food plays a factor too, yes, but genetics is set.

Great interview! TY. HOW on earth can a person eat so many bananas, well and SO MUCH fruit and not have candida flare?!?! Sounds terrifying!! I love fruit but when I binge on it my ears ring loudly all night. If I keep it up I can get rashes esp in the heat. Is this something they suggest moving “through”. Wish I could have asked when this was still live!

Yes, those sound like detox symptoms. I had a lot of detox through the skin when I went on the fruit. That’s actually good, it’s your body cleaning out.

i often wonder how many of these raw foodists eating nuts..avocado & coconut have had their arteries checked for atherosclerosis?

    • @quietstormaps

These particular raw foodies follow 80 10 10 diet and they eat really low overt fats in their diet. No more than 10% of total calories. Fruit makes up bulk of diet followed by green leafy vegetables.

Everyone in the world and especially the Western world should abide by Sharia's way of life... if they know what's good for them.
