Brooke claimed to start loosing her passion for dance before the show started but the show just pushing that faster and way too far, she also was thinking about quitting before the show started
“The Diary of Anne Frank” was one of the most iconic solos on the show. Not only because she won National Teen Miss Energy, but because she was supposed to perform it before, didn’t, then came back and DEVOURED that solo and the competition. Oddly I also liked the song “Sour Grapes” I believe is the name. Powerful. Beautiful. Emotional.
I understand Purple Reign not being your favorites makes sense but us watching knowing that was your last solo and seeing you do a PHENOMENAL job it made me cry still one of my favs
I felt like brooke was the most underestimated dancer on dance moms she was SO talented abby never even gave her more of a chance to have a solo she only got like 3 solos per season at least while maddie got a solo every week maybe if abby gave brooke more attention maybe could've won a national title. She was so talented I felt like what Abby did all the hateful things she said not only about brooke like all the dancers scared them at some point in there lives which made them lose there passion for dance.
Paige is no longer flexible and can’t do any of her tricks anymore but Brooke is still pretty flexible which is amazing but can’t do most of her tricks

It's never too late for you to do dance, not for your mom or teacher, but for yourself. There are many studios that have adult classes. Take it for yourself, for enjoyment because you love it if it makes you happy 😊

The Animals Know will forever be my favorite Brooke solo. i loved the costume, the song is on repeat when i’m not addicted to something else, the choreography was really pretty i feel like. i just loved it and still do to this day

if you miss it go do it. You don’t need to do it for an audience. Do it for you. Go take a drop in class, do a private lesson with someone or just dance at home this summer by yourself. You don’t need to do it for anyone else other than yourself, you don’t need to perform for anyone or film a video, and you don’t need to be perfect. Maybe taking some time to dance for yourself and only you will help you reframe what Dance means to you and allow you to rewrite the narrative for yourself. Take back what was taken from you. It’s yours.
this!!!! absolutely agree with this jordan, often times it can really help exposing yourself to something you have negative memories and feelings towards (usually if it’s something you loved in the past)
It would be great for her to rekindle her love for dance because she was so naturally talented, and still has some pretty impressive flexibility even now. Even if she does it without anyone seeing.
Brooke was my fav along with Chloe & Maddie, it’s sad that she got burnt out because she really had a talent but I’m so glad that she is happy now living her best life
My favorite was Careless, it was a great dance and I love the costume. 2nd favorite is Now is my time, not only is it a beautiful costume, it was a different dance genre that you rarely do, it was a breath of fresh air from all the contortion routines that Abby gave you all the time. Ricky did a good job with that

The og moms also have a podcast with each other and Christi even confirmed that the girls are very private about them hanging out with each other. Brooke also use to live next to the Ziegler’s in LA a year ago before she moved to Texas and Melissa would always post Brooke coming to hang out. They are still very much in contact with one another. Paige and Kendall usually hang out during the holidays also.

I agree- she does it in most of her videos, and it's a habit that I can't stand (not just in her but in other girls who do it as well) -- I mean, if you can't leave it alone, tie it back or braid it or something, but playing with it constantly is just annoying to watch.

@M U Nia actually had a foot condition and had to have surgery so she had to kinda relearn to dance
in fact she had more solos, but the show removed them to make boring and talentless

Brooke only had 18 solos and was there for 4 seasons. That exactly half of all the solos Nia got which was 36 and she was there for 7 seasons
