Its probably because Corpse realized that its not in his best interest to point that out because as the arsonist the game has to continue in order for him to win.

no the thing is toast could have followed through with the big brain and easily lie that Rae guessed toast as a jackal (no one actually knows what role rae gussed toast as). Then toast would be 100% clear in that situation and safely claim engineer. I'm not entirely sure why he didn't go for this route but at least the game was hilarious

Thing is all the pieces there already shows that he's the jackal, but people keep forgetting it's a thing.
Only engineer, imposter and jackal can vent. Everybody saw him vent. An imposter died trying to kill him by calling engineer meaning he's neither one of those, so there can only be one left which is the jackal.
But I'd probably overlook all of that and just think about my own survival too anyway.

Watching the Jackal game from Ludwig's POV was hilarious because he was just fuming every meeting asking "How are none of these people able to piece this together. He vented, Rae guessed him engineer and died, there's literally no way for him to be town."
And then Corpse pointed it out completely and they still didn't vote Toast out
I think people knew but thought this more entertaining so went with it. More satisfying and fun imo that the sheriff got him rather than just having him voted out
Abe and corpse also knew but still play along with it.
@@genericname8727 definitely this! having all the new roles lets them get creative. more people can skip for style or their own bit/motives. which helps make reading people more important vs. just analyzing locations, etc. which would be boring and easy for these guys, they’re all pros. when the imp is obvious they can still have fun with it

That was very rude of the whole group to go against Lud just on toasts word. Sykkuno who is friendly with him tried to protect him too by saying he could be jester. Does the group almost never go against toast round one because he is in charge?
@@scotishstriker Well Toast videos are usually his impressive games, we're he convinces the crew he's crew.
Really, there are PLENTLY of games where they don't trust him, for no reason other than he's toast.
Their was a stretch of a month or so, after he started marinating everyone, where he would get voted put on 7 for NO reason, with NO evidence, over and over.
Lud getting voted out wasn't them "being rude", they just trusted Toast.
The way Toast just yells "Sykkuno alibi go!" as if Sykkuno's his pokemon 😂

@@ChaoticRain1 Well, Sykkuno will always troll (and when Toast trolls, Sykkuno tends to enjoy that and troll alongside him regardless of their respective roles) but he was jester that round and jesters need at least one killer to still be alive so he played along to try and keep him alive. Also trying to keep a suspected killer alive is sus behavior so he was hoping people would think he was his imposter partner so they'd try to vote him off too.

@@FamousSeamus I know time lord/master sucks in other roles. Will they ever play town of us mods? The roles feel so much better there. Specially the glitch vs jackal.
@@FamousSeamus While it has been a while since I watched chilled play other roles, last time I saw it, it is way inferior with roles that are pretty meh. Like sheriff not being able to select specific neutral targets, mayor with 2 votes instead of dumping. Also does it have transporter yet? And how town of us changed bait/flash/torch etc from a role to a trait is nice.

@@FamousSeamus Reminds me. I kinda want to see a Toast Lobby x Chilled lobby crossover. They both don't play seriously. But they both played roles very differently. I do know some of Chilled lobby people played in the Hafu/5up lobby when Toast was there (e.g. Skadj and Junkyard) but I think some people would mesh well. And some people in other lobbies play in other lobbies too.
DumbDog is definitely one person I'd love to see. JermRF is ridiculously cracked at both guessers (can guess your role if you don't even hint it, or knows if you're too obvious, is also ridiculously good at Sheriff)

i think 25:06 is when corpse realizes that he shouldnt have been pushing on toast because hes the arsonist and the game ends if toast dies

That's actually what happened tho, Corpse and Sykkuno realized that 2 out of the three people who can kill are dead (that is why Sykkuno was supporting Toast) and if they vote out Toast (who's probably one of the killers) the game ends and they'll eventually both lose since arsonist should arson/light up all crewmates except only themselves and Sykkuno is Jester (he needs to be voted out by the crewmates) so he kind of hinted to Corpse not to push on Toast so that either one of them could win (not sure if Sykkuno knows Corpse is an arsonist or not but I think he figured it out earlier in the game)

He's right though. The other streamers have said multiple times that they rely on Toasts deductions as crewmate. Also his more dominant nature allows him to speak over others and convince them of his side.
Ludwig's reaction after being killed off is 12/10. He can't believe they are just letting Toast go free after admittedly venting and not being the engineer.

And then next round he was Toast's Lawyer, figured out Toast was Jester and then used his anger from this round to get Toast voted out. It's like he went from malding to acting like he was malding seamlessly.

All the roles are perfect for simping for eachother. Such an entertaining game with all the different roles.
Abe was lawyer but not for toast. He filled toasts gun with blank rounds because abes actual client died, so he became a pursuer
A shielded sheriff is so OP, they can just keep on shooting without dying or resetting the kill cooldown, so they can pratically shoot everyone they see and they'll only kill imposters/neutrals. That's what I think happened to Sykkuno on the first game when Toast thought someone was trying to kill him. He was probably trying to sheriff someone and they were crew

when the meetingg was called tina was in shock because he didntt die
if the sheriff guesses wrong, they'll die, regardless of if they are shielded or not.
well, unless the person they tried to shoot was shielded, then nothing happens. but otherwise, the sheriff dies if they shoot wrong.
It’s not OP because they can die from shooting the wrong people. It is very strong though because the imposters have to convince people to vote the sheriff out if they want them dead. And if they attempt to do it in a way that makes them seem sus then they’d obviously become targets of the sheriff after the meeting. If the shielded sheriff shoots wrong they die, but if they’re confident in their choice then they’re OP. They’re very strong but not game breakingly so.

Especially when he was imposter that round, watching the crewmate struggle to figure out that Toast was the jackal was probably the icing on the cake. It literally looked like they were trolling huhu. Toast vented, evil guesser guessed engineer, died, so that leaves him to be a bad guy. I was so shocked it took them so long.😭
It made for some great content tho. Not necessarily the crewmates, but Lud's reaction to them not voting out Toast

Yeah but the reason toast survived that was then insane luck he had. Sykunno as jester knew he needed toast alive to fool the other to vote him out. Lawyer abe stirring confusion up to win as pursuer. Arsonist corpse to make confusion to keep the game alive aswell for his own interest. And the other were bamboozled all because Ray got baited by “a low lv bait” lmao. He truly was lucky

Couldn’t Lud have been the engineer and been camping in that vent after seeing 5up dc’d? I think thats probably more likely because it wouldn’t make sense for an imposter to camp a dc waiting for the jackal to vent kill, it would have had to be dumb luck that he was able to see it happen.

The funny thing was that on that last game the reason toast lasted for that long was because 2 people wanted him to live because if he died than the game would have ended and sykkuno (the jester) and corpse(the arsonist) wouldn’t have been able to win

I think Toast was just trying to have a nice fun round in the second half, but he could have done some massive big brain play.
He had to have known that Ludwig was Engineer or some evil role because there was clearly nobody within line of sight when he killed.
He could have claimed that Rae was Evil Guesser and guessed that he was Jackal instead of guesser because Ludwig was her partner and was claiming Toast killed somebody.
Which ended up actually being correct: Rae and Ludwig were both imposters. What a weird game LOL

Well, I'm pretty sure even a total crewmate would have been able to see Toast, bc his name popped up over the wall when he vented. So anyone close enough / within line of sight of that north wall would have been able to see it.
