All of them technically died of fall damage, Jimmy and Grian are obvious, but I’m pretty sure Joel was shot off the platform he built and died from the fall damage
Definitely the most cinematic scene out of the entire series and maybe even in the history of Minecraft as a whole. It felt raw, genuine and powerful to the point that I had a hard time believing I was watching a bloody *MINECRAFT* video for goodness' sake. That ridiculously awesome clock tower Scar built really contributed to one of the greatest Minecraft moments I've ever seen.
If I had a nickel for every time the mansion was burned down in limited life I'd have 2 nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.
I loved how he was sick. Everyone kept coming around and entertaining us with chaos. Joel is actually being concerned about jimmy being mad at him. If grain gets kidnapped its all wholesome in a way.
joel's death has the most unintentionally symbolic and eerie nature to it, out of every death in the entire life series. grian looks away only for a moment as joel's frantic last words are cut short by thunder, leaving grian staring at the clock tower where his friend used to be. no more screams, just the deafening silence in the night.
To be fair to Timmy, while he's always the first to run out of lives (or in this case, time), he's never actually been first to lose *a* life. That is, aside from Tango losing the first of their combined lives when they were soulbound.
And to some extent you could argue against odds stacked against him/deaths not always his fault for last life (I think he only had 2 lives) and double life (where tango died)
@@Archiv1st there was not a single pair that didn't have one member of the pair die atleast once by themselves, (with the exclusion being martyn never dying and cleo dying all three times, but the first death was a direct result of martyn killing cleo, therefore killing himself.) infact, tango only died 1/3 times, you could argue jimmy got lucky.
I can’t wait to see who Grian teams with next series! As entertaining as his dynamics are with Scar or Joel or Tim, I kinda wish we could see some variety, maybe with Cleo or Tango or something :) We love you and your content Grian!

this season is so funny because both Grian and Joel had seasons where they kept trying to get trap kills with tnt minecarts and failing. But then they just instead started dropping them ontop of people and got the best kills of the season, possibly the series
It just hit me that for Grains AFK episode he should have set up an auto clicker for F5 so there would be periodic camera angle changes to capture a better field of view of his surroundings lol.

Tip for later life series: if u want to trap people using sculk sensors either do it in an area without mobs or try to control which noise triggers the trap since different noises give out different signals.

As much as I love mumbo and would want him in a new series, I don’t find it as likely as some of the others that he will return. Really hoping for ren, Lizzie, and gem tho!
I feel that with this season, the boogeyman was less interesting overall, there was very little tension and in later sessions it felt like the kills just sort of happened. Despite that, this was an intense season with a lot going on, more chaotic than any previous season, mostly caused by the fact players could die without any serious consequence, hence why players were willing to go airborne with skynet. If anything this season shows the survival instincts of humans and how far we're willing to go in order to stay alive.
yeah, I mean, Etho got a boogey kill on Jimmy, and no-one even noticed until after he'd already killed multiple people, to get back time he shouldn't have actually had.
@@basilbat273 They're really not, Skynet and how it lead to so many kills detracted from the Boogeyman kills. In last life the boogeyman was scarier as there was max 6 lives per person and yellows couldn't kill. Limited having 24/12 lives meant deaths weren't as big, yellows being able to kill also made the boogey man less scary as if a yellow was going after a green it was the same scenario as a boogey going for a green. Overall the boogeyman was fun for 3-4 of the episodes when there was yellow and green peace meaning there would be no other kills at the time. Only time it got big reactions were in the green peace phase with the episode 1 kills and Joel's Bread Bridge kill.

the next series should be called 'get a life' and it's like limited life except the sessions are each 12 hours long every other day and you have to participate for the entire thing
The problem with this is that they all live in different Time Zones. So it would be hard for someone to participate in a full session that is 12 hours long
Absolutely insane series, despite me not getting to watch it back when it was airing, -(Thaanks TH-cam for not shoehorning it to my recommended, you do that for dumb clickbait I don't care about!)- but having watched it in entirety (From Grian's perspective at least) a couple days ago, I would almost be willing to say this is the best out of the Life series so far! Currently I'd say it is tied with Last Life. The BreAD Boys were the single best team in the Life series, and I would even say the single best team in the history of Minecraft MP servers *as a whole,* some of the moments and parts were extremely cinematic and heart-wrenching, and Joel's death *3:22:18* especially was just utter perfection with insane (Even if coincidental) staging. His time literally came, and he was taken by the destroyer of worlds. I was slightly underwhelmed by Grian's death, as it was back to back with another underwhelming death in the previous series (At least that one had the really cool credits sequence with the Warden), but that's like the only nitpick I have, other than Grian getting unfortunately killed TWICE whilst he was AFK, and aside from that the series was absolutely ROCK SOLID. Actually, I can get behind Grian's death, as it was very poetic. Bread Bridge was what gave the Bad Boys their entire career, and it was the thing that inevitably doomed them all... Speaking of Bread Bridge, it was the best concept and execution for a base/structure I've seen done in Minecraft in a while. A sky-net transportation system, an eternal food supply and a bombing platform all in one, the best of all worlds! Speaking of which, the Bad Boys could also be called the Bombardment Boys, which just sounds excellent. All in all, a spectacular event that I am glad gets a chance to unfold all over again, with the Secret Life airing right now.....
I can't even explain my excitement for the next season. The life series gotta be one if my favourite minecraft series ever! Keep up the great work grian but make sure to always leave time to rest.
If there’s no idea for the next installment, one I think could be interesting is “After Life” with the concept being third life but everyone r behaves as if they’re a zombie. So they burn in light, take damage from healing, and cannot trade with villagers. Though as a bonus they can be neutral to other zombies.

The Bad Boys’ deaths are all so interesting. Jim’s was just stupid because he literally slipped off the bridge like he did at the start on the mansion. Joel’s gives me goosebumps every time. Grian’s is just funny because he would have landed in the water and moved out of the way so he could land on the only bit of land there
I wanna say that in the AFK episode Joel is like a 2year old trying to occupy people at the family function so he’s just constantly talking to them and trying to entertain and show stuff

Grian’s is just funny because he would have landed in the water and moved out of the way so he could land on the only bit of land there

cos the vindicators can move to go near you and release the vex's closer to you. In decked out, the vindicator's are locked in place so they can only send vex's from a single location thus making the vex's take longer to reach you.
