Thanks! I used this to split orderlines from a exported excel list, so that I can make seperate invoices per order in online portals of sub-contractors.
Uncanny I literally build a similar flow two days ago, very interesting how you build a dynamic email list and that the split between US and UK is dynamic as well, definitely better than my flow! Just wonder if it is better to send the email at the end through cloud flows mainly because they send out parallel to each.
Haha many ways to skin a cat as they say it. Interesting about sending the emails from flow. I normally don't mix office 365 with flow because I don't gave office 365 sub lol. What will be the trigger on the flow to send the emails out after we split the file using power automate desktop?
@@PowerAutomator in my case it is scheduled monthly, for this video I can also imagine it could be email triggered, every month when the email with the sales results come in split the excel and send split email,
Mate, you are right. The user who posted the question on the forum came back to me that he prefer the workflow in Microsoft Cloud Flow, which makes sense, as it will run even when he don't login to his computer. Oh well.
Hello Sir, thanks for the guidance, I would like to ask some more guidance, how to filter Excel rows with a client code or unique email address and send them an HTML table with their list of invoices using Power Automate. I have a multiple clients' list in an Excel file, with columns for invoice dates, invoice amount, paid payment, remaining balance, and remarks. In the same Excel sheet, I have additional columns like a customizable subject column, a customer unique ID for each client, and email recipients (To and CC). Could you please guide me on how to filter the Excel rows based on the client code or unique email address and then send them an HTML table with their list of invoices using Power Automate?
Hi thank you very much. Your videos are very helpful. I have 10 sheets with same data structure and I want to make pivot table for each of the sheets in separate sheets. Is it possible with power Automate Desktop? It needs 10 times of work to do that anually .... Can you really help?
@@PowerAutomator yes all sheets in one file and the sheets are named by date and I want every pivot table sheet to be renamed ast pt_date. Is it possible?
Thanks a million ! :) One question .. I have 3k rows so it will go to all the rows due to the loop conditions .. any way to make it faster, like just to filter the same column and just create a new file? Please need your previous help !
Sorry only faster way is record mouse click to filter and then write the filter value then use mouse click again then follow the other steps in the video. A bit difficult. Maybe learn to macro in excel :)
Hello, thank you for the video. I cannot retrieve ColumnHeadersRow in %ExcelData% variable in contrast with your video where you can pick it and choose while creating of Write to Excel function. Could you, please, support to solve this issue?
I subscribed). I enabled first line row but still does not retrieve ColumnHeadersRow in %ExcelData% variable in contrast with your video where you can pick it and choose while creating of Write to Excel function. Only retrieve columns there
@@PowerAutomator Having the same issue at 7min 24 you select the ExcelOutput variable. We don't have this as an option. Where do you initialize ExcelOutput?

Are all the 10 sheets in one excel file? Are the names of the sheets same in every file? What do you name the sheets with the pivots?
