playing stardew with a partner is something that can be so special. when i played with my partner i dropped the line “you don’t need a glow ring to light up my life.” they were flustered for five straight minutes.

You should definitely do a year 2 with EJ! I love watching new players find the parts that speak to them. Also her snagging that town river lucky ring was hilarious!
I have about 1,000 hours in Stardew and my boyfriend has around 400. We play together all the time and we always separate tasks. I'm in charge of fishing, farming, and foraging while he gets to the bottom of the mines. Then, once he gets to the mines, I farm ores for sprinklers while he gets his fishing level up. It's so much fun playing together.

I've decided that the true story of stardew valley is a couple who come into town, fix the community center, help the economy and befriend everyone. It's much more heartwarming that way.
Ok, several things. 1, I respect the heck out of you 2 for being able to do a multiplayer farm together. If I ever did one, I would probably never talk to that person again. 2, poxial, 10/10 rizz for that pickup line, what the heck? 3. EJ, you are probably one of the sweetest human beings on earth, and poxial is so lucky to have you. This is definitely one of my fave videos you've made, and I can't wait for year 2!
Me and my best friend got one multiplayer farm, while he's looking for artefacts spots I'm following him for fun just to make him angry that I'm taking all of them, he loves his dig spots 😂😂

Either update 1.4 or 1.5(Honestly don't remember which one) changed that quest because you could 100% cheese that by just pulling from your chest instead of getting it from the mines in that time frame. And the one thing I wish Concerned Ape didn't patch out: Buying ice cream all year round from your horse. I want to support my horse's side hustle. Also y'all adorable as hell.
I'm only 10 minutes in but I love this video so far. As someone who loves playing games but am not a min-maxer or anything I'm enjoying this more laid back take on the game. Also EJ is adorable and hilarious.

I decided I’d rewatch it when I woke up rather than wake up fully to pause the video. So that’s how you got the first two of what will probably be many views from me.

@@Poxial You're welcome! When my husband and I got married in 2022 one of the best things I did was just let go and relax and go with the flow, it was so much easier to enjoy the day. And (this could be unsolicited advice but it's good advice I swear), small weddings are definitely a lot less stressful. If you're like me and have cousins, aunt and uncles that don't attempt to keep in contact and are super judgmental don't invite them. Only invite people you truly want to celebrate your love with. You don't need to be a people pleaser on your wedding day! My husband and I only had 45 guests, close friends and close family and we wouldn't have had it any other way. And back to the related topic: Truly I can't wait to see more videos with EJ.
