- I'm ready for 2023! Bad Shoppe editions of sweet new RC OMG electronic components for RC drift machines! In this unboxing video I will show you a servo, speed controller (ESC), gyro and motor. Listed below are the exact part numbers of each part. Colours available for these parts are Purple, Red and Black. There will be more videos that will be for individual product features and operations etc so stay tuned :) Non Bad Shoppe logo parts are also available but you know you want a Bad Shoppe version :D More stock coming to the Strickly Sidewayz Club track shop/website soon! Im new to drift hobby and wanting to build my first car . Being that alot are on back order should i go with the Reve D ? Also im thinking about using omg electronics with a futaba 4pm .
The Reve-D RDX is a great chassis to start with :D
i have a question. what's the difference between predator servo LP-16BF and cougar servo LP-20BF? Is the cougar servo is the better one? I want to buy but my local hobby shop only have the cougar LP-20BF . Thx
The LP-16BF has faster speed and the LP-20BF has more torque essentially.
What setup do you run your esc i have this setup but wonder whats best to have all setting for drift sny help be great
A couple of the ESC's i ran with the out of box settings to test and then started changing settings. I have noticed however the voltage cut-off numbers seem to be different than the actual voltage it cuts off. I will be doing a video soon about the settings overall. I found when I set the battery cut-off voltage to 3.4v per cell it was actually cutting off at like 3.9v per cell so I lowered the setting back to 2.8v per cell which I think the program card says is default setting, voltage then cuts off at 3.4v per cell. I must verify this completely but I have seen this one 2 other cars that were not my own cars.
Does the esc or the motor com with those bullet conectors to plug into de motor conector? Or ill have to buy them?
Yiss the motor comes with the bullet connectors, no need to buy them :D
Can i still use the hobbywing Programm card? I dont wanna wait on an omg one it takes 3 days and i finaly wanna drive
I have not tried the Hobbywing card on the new ESC yet myself. The Hobbywing box only works with certain models of OMG ESC's.
What setting are you running for boost and turbo
If i remember from the last one I recently setup for a shakedown video I choose 22 Boost and 24 Turbo. I will make a video about settings :)

Hi. Is the omg epic 2 motor shaft/spindle free spinning like yokomo dx1 motors or is there heavy resistence when spinning the shaft?
Hello, the motor shaft spins freely without excessive resistance like from torque style motors.

Is the OMG ESC a clone of the Hobbywing? looks like the same programming box too...
Well many things work with many other things and some and similar or use same hardware but the firmware applied is different.

still waiting for u videos of OMG products, now i have also a servo predator and polaris dr120 x3 like u, so if u can share ESC/servo settings i will be eternally grateful@@BadShoppe
