Good video have a question unfortunately iam not in your area iam in Wisconsin but my question is iam a US citizen and married someone from another country at a church... marriage is just over 5 years. I kicked her out of my home and she filed for divorce. Since Wisconsin is a community property state as well. I never applied for any marriage certificate / license in Wisconsin buy because she falls under the min residency time of Wisconsin law she is allowed to file for a divorce. What does it mean if i never applied for any marriage certificate / license here ? Is our marriage legal in Wisconsin ?

Hello, I'm planning to immigrate to USA. Married in my home country. The problem is I was married to a US citizen and didn't get a divorce!

I come in US as legal immigrant 16 years ago and have green card since than. While married and file for I-130 for my wife, I also file for N-400 for myself. I passed the interview and waiting for my ceremony date. While all these cases are going on, my marriage is bad shape. If I file for divorce, will it effect my N-400?

You can try, but USCIS has the power to deny anyone for whatever reason. Suing them wont make any difference unless you have bulldog lawyer.

Hi. I have a question about the tax documents to be submitted for filling N-400 through marriage. Is it acceptable to submit tax fillings of the last 3-years before application where in two of the years one filled married but filling separately and in another year one filled married but jointly? If not, what is the best way to do it? Thanks
