Everyone please give this man a thank you. He and his wife help organize a ATHS chapter show for the Lone Star chapter in his hometown. He is a hard working man who loves his family and trucks. May the good Lord continue to bless him and his family.
That is a beautiful truck. Old School cool. Old School Respect. Old School Fire. And from an old sign I always saw at the Vernon Truck stop / Truck wash. ( CLASS IS A CLEAN TRUCK ).
Absolutely beautiful truck. My Dad was a trucker for the majority of his life and I even got to ride as a passenger with him a couple times which was really cool. Seeing this truck just makes me remember the good times with my Dad. He's still kickin' but no more truck driving for him. Sure wish I could have learned to drive these but I never got around to it. An amazing thing this man did for his Dad; I'm sure he'll never forget it 😎
87 last year of iconic Nickel 9 . Sharp long hood there . Big holed sleeper an switched out air wipers for electric - 2 best things to do on them ... Trucks held up really well for being in Texas heat even in a barn . Nice job on restoration Wes bet dad love's it ....

359's are my favorite Peterbilts❤️🔥! Where's the marker light that's supposed to be on the front steer axle fender? Thanks for sharing Miss Flatbed Red😃🤠😎🚛🚚👍🏻. . . 10-4!

Clean old Wilson! 20 years ago every slat side I saw was 51% patch+weld / 49% original metal.
Nice Pete.

If someone could please answer this question when the 359 came out could you get one of three options for engines? Cat? Cummins? Detroit Diesel?
359's started production in June of 1967 and were built till June of 1987 . All the 359's were built in the Newark , Ca . Paccar plant.
@@stormyweather9054 appreciate the info! What was the main engine in the 359?
Hauling cars sounds a little intimidating.
Which truck better do you like in America or European truck
I think it’s pretty obvious if you look at my channel.
Mid roof sleeper and long hoods are elegant. These new tractors are unreliable and oversized.
😎👊...Sharp.Clean Pete..👊😎
