*I HAVE NEW INFO:* xCeleste uploaded a new video to her channel about two days ago titled “Smeraldo Blog Explained” and it makes a very plausible theory that relates to the storyline. So either BTS is: - having their comeback in August - Save Me WEBTOON season 2 in August? - or maybe it’s all coincidence (which it usually isn’t) and we’re all wrong
in fact it seems to me that the story continued in the following albums (Map Of The Soul) ... for example in the song Stay Gold (MOTS7: Jorney) there are many references (my theory is that in MV we were shown Jin's return to the past ( or one of the comebacks)) ... In general, I want to say that this whole topic with “Smeraldo Blog” is completely real and perhaps the next album will not deviate from the whole story (bangtan universe) in fact, in the xCeleste explanation, not all connections (references) were shown to us, there are many more of them and every time I watch the video I manage to find new connections (references) myself🤦🏽♀️🙈😂😅 so yeah, something new awaits us 🙈🤯 I'm really shocked by how much work has been done ... and is still going on. wait i don’t think anyone told y’all this but “The Notes” is a little book that comes with every album. it’s different everytime and it goes with the storyline i just checked my albums and the dates are mixed up in between but the last page has the date 28th May year 19 for the “love yourself; answer album” (last album of the love yourself series) while my map of the soul 7 album has 3 August year 22 on the last page( all the pages in this one have year 22)

These dates that she mention comes from the 'Notes', so every time bts release an album those physical albums comes with small little booklet called the 'Notes' and it contains kinda like a diary entry, if you read all the notes you will probably understand it even more or just read the 'save me' webtoon. Yes...their MVs are connected and part of this ongoing fictional storyline: Bangtan Universe (BU), but you have to understand that ARMY detectives have been trying to piece everything together for *years* in order to understand the actual story line. BigHit finally confirmed it via their webtoon "Save Me" last year in Spring of 2019 (April?). Their MVs is just one layer (like a puzzle piece) to this storyline because there are so many pieces from elsewhere too. XCELESTE did an amazing job by combining other puzzle pieces like notes from their physical albums, trailers, teasers, messages & clues from their LIVE performances, VCRs, etc. in order to sum everything up for us!! The even crazier but beautiful part of this is that it's still ongoing. Another bonus is awaiting the actual kdrama to be made from this storyline. Production has been delayed due to pandemic. I believe it was scheduled to be released during 2nd half of 2020, but unsure of new date due to current global crisis. Let's stay healthy & safe everyone!! Gotta STAY GOLD! 😊💜

Guys there are “notes” which are released with every album, theres a webtoon, and vcrs released with every concert, this storyline went for YEARS from 2015 to 2019 so armys pieced this together after breaking their heads over the videos and the books, you can see the explanation of each videos in the same xceleses youtube channel

Whenever you guys are ready you should check out the TXT storyline! It all connects under one big bighit universe and soon everyone is theorizing that the worlds are going to come together! It would be great if they reacted to the TXT storyline, especially since it is kind of at its beginning phase. I am super excited and I hope they consider it after they finish with BU. Additional info: TXT stands for Tomorrow by Together and they are another boy group from Big Hit Entertainment. They also have their own universe called TU or +U. They have three MVs for the storyline and they also have short videos that set up the narrative. You can look up TXT TU (In Order) - UPDATED if you are interested. edit: lmfao I want to add more to what I said because many believe that the two timelines will interact in the future (JUST a theory tho)
It's actually kinda funny seeing people trying to understand the BU because "officially" it does start with I Need You but looking back since the beginning in 2013 you can see clues and hints of the storyline. It crosses several media types from music videos, highlight reels, concert video clips, tour trailers, Japanese versions of their Korean songs, a webtoon and Notes that only come in the albums. So basically people are trying to get a crash course into 7 years of content from several places. LOL.
Watching you guys go on this journey has been hilarious. Mainly because we've all been there lol. Just want to clarify that although the viewers may have failed to reccomend you some important videos, you probably still wouldn't have known the complete storyline because of how much is covered in non-video content. Please note that BTS debuted in 2013, they've had about 10 studio albums since then. The storyline begins in 2013, paused in 2019 and has now continued in 2020 with the Smeraldo blog. The Map Of The Soul xceleste was talking about is the name of BTS' last 3 albums. MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA, MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 and MAP OF THE SOUL 7: THE JOURNEY. The smeraldo flower that Jin ordered is heavily linked to the storyline and is even furthering the plot... we hope to get the Save Me Webtoon part 2 next month or a new album. xceleste does amazing summary videos and I think you should keep watching her videos but also read and watch the stuff yourself too, it gives a better understanding when you uncover the little details by yourself. Also, become active on stan Twitter, we always find all the new things first, theorize and then spread to other social media platforms. The storyline is about to get even more interesting....

YESSS. I'm glad you reacted to this! So, a few of the videos you said you haven't seen aren't actually music videos or anything, they're videos that were shown in concerts!! And some others are the Japanese MVs of I NEED U, Run, and Blood Sweat & Tears (the jpn ver. is the absolute GREATEST music video in BTS' repertoir imo), I would recommend you watch them, you could react to them but you'd have to HEAVILY edit them bcs Sony Music JPN is RUTHLESS, and will strike your channel in a heartbeat. Also, a lot of us didn't realize that the storyline literally started SINCE THE START, until The Notes started coming out in 2017 (they come with the albums, like mini diaries). You should definitely read the webtoon on your own time. I'm one of what the fandom calls "A BTU Theorist", so I try to make sense of all of these things and watch and read things countless of times, it just find it so incredibly entertaining.

In "Blood, Tears, and Sweat", the picture of the bird, that Jin saw his father's note in, was burning. When the beat dropped and everything exploded, I noticed the picture of the same bird.
It came from the notes, a little book which comes with each album since the LY serie I think. They are like a little diary where we have every member's point of view. If you read those notes then watch the MVs, you can put everything together; But in the MVs there are pieces of the story everuwhere and it's hard to get everything without the notes's help (but we can still figured out some things, I watched the MVs before reading the notes and catched a few things). There is also the webtoon which helped a lot to clear the story.

BTS and Big Hit a pretty smart. I never understood why so many people bought their physical albums because no one uses CDs anymore. By incorporating different notes into each album as a clue, they are able to generate sales for the album. The Webtoon and the Storyline help keep their current audience invested in the story. It also makes new fans watch every video related to it. I am constantly amazed by how almost scientific Big Hit and BTS are. Like, the crafting of BTS, their background, their story, their sound. It is so scary how it seems all detailed, meticulous, and planned out in advance. Namjoon can't be the only genius in that company, he just can't because a lot of things are unexplainable.

The video you miss are the VCR of the concert ^^ Yes, you have clues during concert too. Plus, you have the japanese clip. "I Need U" is the first "official" video but the storyline start before. The japanese clips have to be include like "For You", and, like I said, VCR.

i was about to comment in your last video about 5 hours ago about needing to watch the concert clips and the japanese versions of their MVs to get some more idea but here we are...
Btw, there's a Twitter page created by Bighit about the Smeraldo flower shop where the owner of the shop posts blogs. On July 10 2017, he said he's gonna open his shop in mid September. And in mid September BTS came back with "DNA". Then, the page was reset. On July 10 2018, he said he's gonna open his shop in the end of August. And that's when BTS came back with "Idol". Now, a few days ago, again on the same day July 10 2020, he said he's gonna open his shop in the end of August. So ARMY think the comeback is gonna be soon. Also, he said in another blog that he saw a man standing in the rain with an umbrella in front of the shop for about 10 minutes then he turned around. We think it's Jimin cause Jimin is always carrying an umbrella and is related to water. Also, BTS have been giving us hints without us realizing. I'm not gonna say everything but basically they read The Wizard of Oz together on Vlive and it's related to other stuff that we're slowly making sense of and Jimin was Dorothy aka the main character. So, we think Jimin is gonna do the intro for the next album. That's long comment idk if you're gonna read it but it's just to keep you updated cause we're all continuing this storyline together
Aside from the MVs, clips and the webtoon, there's also BTS Notes, it's like a mini book, and it is included in some albums. These notes narrated the different lives of each members.
There are lots of theories and each one is so different than the other one. I have to say I kind of believe in one I discovered recently about Yoongi and Jungkook being more than friends in the storyline. There are a lot of things that seem to point at it and there's something about the way they showed them in the videos and stuff. It's pretty interesting, if anyone wants to, check it out. There's also the thing that we know that BTS and BigHit support lgbt+, but it's also a big taboo in Korea. They also included all kinds of situations that they happened to be in the story, problems with parents, problems with health, mental health and stuff. It wouldn't be that weird if they included this also. And it would make sense why it's this way, because people that are supposed to see it will get it, while they aren't making a statement that might get them into a not so comfortible situation (because of the way it is in Korea) if you get what I mean. I'm sorry if I'm not making much sense, I'm tired. 😂😅 I hope you got what I meant and definitely check it out. There unfortunately isn't many videos, because it isn't as popular or known, but I've seen at least one that is good.

Not all the clips are from MVs. Some are from the Seasons Greetings DVDs & other extra/side content from BTS (that first clip of them getting punished & sent to clean the storage room is one), some are clips played between stages at their concerts (called “VCRs”). There’s also a little storybook included with certain BTS albums (called “The Notes”) where a lot of this storyline.
Did ya read The Notes? A lot of details are in there with the dates too. And of course the webtoon Save Me shows what’s happening to Jin. But this video puts it all in order for you. It’s hard just to figure it out with just the videos cause even though you watch it in order...it’s not really in order. I gave up figuring out the storyline years ago 😂. It’s too hard for my brain so now I just wait for videos 😁 The crazy part of all this...the storyline is still going on and not done yet 🤪
But what if Seokjin's father was really seokjin? Seokjin's time was Seokjin's (as a father) past? And he wrote all those things in the diary which was in the cabinet? What do you think?

Actually, I think in one of the notes, Taehyung said that he smashed the bottle against the floor and cut his hand. The person that murdered his father wasn’t him, it was his sister, but he took the fall for her. I believe he even told Namjoon (RM) this, but Namjoon, as he said in one of the notes, didn’t know what to believe. At least that’s what I think

Yes...their MVs are connected and part of this ongoing fictional storyline: Bangtan Universe (BU), but you have to understand that ARMY detectives have been trying to piece everything together for *years* in order to understand the actual story line. BigHit finally confirmed it via their webtoon "Save Me" last year in Spring of 2019 (April?). Their MVs is just one layer (like a puzzle piece) to this storyline because there are so many pieces from elsewhere too. XCELESTE did an amazing job by combining other puzzle pieces like notes from their physical albums, trailers, teasers, messages & clues from their LIVE performances, VCRs, etc. in order to sum everything up for us!! The even crazier but beautiful part of this is that it's still ongoing. Another bonus is awaiting the actual kdrama to be made from this storyline. Production has been delayed due to pandemic. I believe it was scheduled to be released during 2nd half of 2020, but unsure of new date due to current global crisis. Let's stay healthy & safe everyone!! Gotta STAY GOLD! 😊💜

yall also can see there wl be stated 'BU content verified..' on every related mvs so that we can know which mv is given clues.

Guys there are “notes” which are released with every album, theres a webtoon, and vcrs released with every concert, this storyline went for YEARS from 2015 to 2019 so armys pieced this together after breaking their heads over the videos and the books, you can see the explanation of each videos in the same xceleses youtube channel

Whenever you guys are ready you should check out the TXT storyline! It all connects under one big bighit universe and soon everyone is theorizing that the worlds are going to come together! Additional info: TXT stands for Tomorrow by Together and they are another boy group from Big Hit Entertainment. They also have their own universe called TU or +U. They have three MVs for the storyline and they also have short videos that set up the narrative. You can look up TXT TU (In Order) - UPDATED if you are interested.

It's actually kinda funny seeing people trying to understand the BU because "officially" it does start with I Need You but looking back since the beginning in 2013 you can see clues and hints of the storyline. It crosses several media types from music videos, highlight reels, concert video clips, tour trailers, Japanese versions of their Korean songs, a webtoon and Notes that only come in the albums. So basically people are trying to get a crash course into 7 years of content from several places. LOL.
Watching you guys go on this journey has been hilarious. Mainly because we've all been there lol. Just want to clarify that although the viewers may have failed to reccomend you some important videos, you probably still wouldn't have known the complete storyline because of how much is covered in non-video content. Great reactions as always guys.
Please note that BTS debuted in 2013, they've had about 10 studio albums since then. The storyline begins in 2013, paused in 2019 and has now continued in 2020 with the Smeraldo blog. The Map Of The Soul xceleste was talking about is the name of BTS' last 3 albums. MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA, MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 and MAP OF THE SOUL 7: THE JOURNEY. The smeraldo flower that Jin ordered is heavily linked to the storyline and is even furthering the plot... we hope to get the Save Me Webtoon part 2 next month or a new album. xceleste does amazing summary videos and I think you should keep watching her videos but also read and watch the stuff yourself too, it gives a better understanding when you uncover the little details by yourself. Also, become active on stan Twitter, we always find all the new things first, theorize and then spread to other social media platforms. The storyline is about to get even more interesting....

So, a few of the videos you said you haven't seen aren't actually music videos or anything, they're videos that were shown in concerts!! And some others are the Japanese MVs of I NEED U, Run, and Blood Sweat & Tears (the jpn ver. is the absolute GREATEST music video in BTS' repertoir imo), I would recommend you watch them, you could react to them but you'd have to HEAVILY edit them bcs Sony Music JPN is RUTHLESS, and will strike your channel in a heartbeat.
Also, a lot of us didn't realize that the storyline literally started SINCE THE START, until The Notes started coming out in 2017 (they come with the albums, like mini diaries). You should definitely read the webtoon on your own time. I'm one of what the fandom calls "A BTU Theorist", so I try to make sense of all of these things and watch and read things countless of times, it just find it so incredibly entertaining.

The blood sweat and tears storyline is like a different universe that is still connected to this time line too
In "Blood, Tears, and Sweat", the picture of the bird, that Jin saw his father's note in, was burning. When the beat dropped and everything exploded, I noticed the picture of the same bird.
It came from the notes, a little book which comes with each album since the LY serie I think. They are like a little diary where we have every member's point of view. If you read those notes then watch the MVs, you can put everything together; But in the MVs there are pieces of the story everuwhere and it's hard to get everything without the notes's help (but we can still figured out some things, I watched the MVs before reading the notes and catched a few things).
There is also the webtoon which helped a lot to clear the story.

BTS and Big Hit a pretty smart. I never understood why so many people bought their physical albums because no one uses CDs anymore. By incorporating different notes into each album as a clue, they are able to generate sales for the album. The Webtoon and the Storyline help keep their current audience invested in the story. It also makes new fans watch every video related to it. I am constantly amazed by how almost scientific Big Hit and BTS are. Like, the crafting of BTS, their background, their story, their sound. It is so scary how it seems all detailed, meticulous, and planned out in advance. Namjoon can't be the only genius in that company, he just can't because a lot of things are unexplainable.

All the connection was not only from MV's. But so many details come from NOTES inside their Albums. Also in webtoon's. So for new army like us, we doesnt have the notes so plentyyy little details can missed a lot.

Hey guys... I'm sure ARMY has already explained this but just incase.... BTS throws hints out all the time in EVERYTHING they do... Pretty much most of their stuff has a purpose... It's ARMYS job to put the puzzle together... The storyline isn't just in the videos... It's in everything they do BUT YES THERE IS alot of the storyline in the webtoons and music videos! That's including the Japanese versions too! That's the reason you didn't understand alot by the videos cuz you have to be keeping up with the webtoons as well. i was about to comment in your last video about 5 hours ago about needing to watch the concert clips and the japanese versions of their MVs to get some more idea but here we are...
Btw, there's a Twitter page created by Bighit about the Smeraldo flower shop where the owner of the shop posts blogs. On July 10 2017, he said he's gonna open his shop in mid September. And in mid September BTS came back with "DNA". Then, the page was reset. On July 10 2018, he said he's gonna open his shop in the end of August. And that's when BTS came back with "Idol". Now, a few days ago, again on the same day July 10 2020, he said he's gonna open his shop in the end of August. So ARMY think the comeback is gonna be soon. Also, he said in another blog that he saw a man standing in the rain with an umbrella in front of the shop for about 10 minutes then he turned around. We think it's Jimin cause Jimin is always carrying an umbrella and is related to water. Also, BTS have been giving us hints without us realizing. I'm not gonna say everything but basically they read The Wizard of Oz together on Vlive and it's related to other stuff that we're slowly making sense of and Jimin was Dorothy aka the main character. So, we think Jimin is gonna do the intro for the next album.

Aside from the MVs, clips and the webtoon, there's also BTS Notes, it's like a mini book, and it is included in some albums. These notes narrated the different lives of each members.
There are lots of theories and each one is so different than the other one. I have to say I kind of believe in one I discovered recently about Yoongi and Jungkook being more than friends in the storyline. There are a lot of things that seem to point at it and there's something about the way they showed them in the videos and stuff. It's pretty interesting, if anyone wants to, check it out. There's also the thing that we know that BTS and BigHit support lgbt+, but it's also a big taboo in Korea. They also included all kinds of situations that they happened to be in the story, problems with parents, problems with health, mental health and stuff. It wouldn't be that weird if they included this also. And it would make sense why it's this way, because people that are supposed to see it will get it, while they aren't making a statement that might get them into a not so comfortible situation (because of the way it is in Korea) if you get what I mean. I'm sorry if I'm not making much sense, I'm tired. 😂😅 I hope you got what I meant and definitely check it out. There unfortunately isn't many videos, because it isn't as popular or known, but I've seen at least one that is good.

Not all the clips are from MVs. Some are from the Seasons Greetings DVDs & other extra/side content from BTS (that first clip of them getting punished & sent to clean the storage room is one), some are clips played between stages at their concerts (called “VCRs”). There’s also a little storybook included with certain BTS albums (called “The Notes”) where a lot of this storyline.
Did ya read The Notes? A lot of details are in there with the dates too. And of course the webtoon Save Me shows what’s happening to Jin. But this video puts it all in order for you. It’s hard just to figure it out with just the videos cause even though you watch it in order...it’s not really in order.
I gave up figuring out the storyline years ago 😂. It’s too hard for my brain so now I just wait for videos 😁

Actually, I think in one of the notes, Taehyung said that he smashed the bottle against the floor and cut his hand. The person that murdered his father wasn’t him, it was his sister, but he took the fall for her. I believe he even told Namjoon (RM) this, but Namjoon, as he said in one of the notes, didn’t know what to believe.
