Sir ji i want to buy new creta in Diesel but my running is less. Dpf ki problem se dar lag rha hai. Petrol me avg bhi nhi hai aur chalane me bhi maza nhi hai. Hafte me ek ya do bar hi gadi nikalti hai ghar se kya karu. Risk uthakar diesel creta lelu ya petrol lu please reply soon❤

Even if you don’t run your car much that doesn’t mean that you’ll face problems with DPF
DPF problems doesn’t happen just because of DPF and urea (adblue) many other things have parts to choke the DPF
Like ash, carbon and engine oil (metal)
Even if you buy a petrol car you’ll face the same problem regarding DPF if the car do not reach a certain level of heat to burn all the ash inside it then the problem starts happening with DPF
Causes in most cases
Bad engine oil or too late servicing the engine
Bad air filter
Bad diesel filter
Injectors issue
Turbo/egr issue
Bad urea(adblue)
If your car face any kind of problem with mentioned components then it’ll start having problems like DPF choke and urea motor jamming which can cause the car owner a lot of trouble
Solutions
1. Shouldn’t start driving the car until rpm goes down
2. Timely adblue refill
3. Timely service and use original engine oil
4. Use original urea(adblue)
