In Vancouver, it rarely snows.. and if it does snow, it never stays for long. Warm air from the ocean, at sea level... it basically rains for 6 months straight in Vancouver.

wow...now this house is freaken amazing. It's not humangously big, very modern. Only thing i would have added was in the fountain area on the 2nd floor, have a jacuzzi so you can sit in there and enjoy the view of the city.
Weird location though. The rest of the houses in the area look like normal houses and then there's this modern house in the middle of them.
Exactly what the Chineese are doing aka buying crappy run down properties in less expensive neighbourhoods and expensive ones too. Knocking down the house to make way for this Gordy monstrosity.
It's happening all over Vancouver unfortunately where the majority of people live and can't afford a house like this. Or for the new neighbors to be raising their house prices to ridiculous levels.
It's cheaper to buy a house in California now lol.
This is to "encourage the others", selling the life style as well as the property, "gentrifying" the area to create a rich person's "paradise". Young lady there for a reason...….
