@@movingtohawaii Pls do more vids with him talking to the population. I love hearing how the locals feel and thoughts on Hawaii. I’m from Miami and I love da diversity and seeing people from all walks of life
I loved the Japanese interview. I watch this channel not just because of the real estate but also to get some information on the different areas of Oahu. I loved everyone's take on Kailua.
I think it’s a nice house and great for our dog. Even the dog bed is ready in the room! Me and the pup would definitely be tripping on those stairs though lol
I really like the house it very nice. I’m a Kaneohe person if I’m choosing windward side. My family lives west side, Mililani and town adjacent, lol. I’m old now, so I would lean less of a nice beach vide area. I was always into the slow vibes, but even more so nowadays.
@@movingtohawaii nope. just that. was a card game. but looking through google it seems the game was originally Daifugō and comes from Japan. Which makes sense. There were a lot of military people that had lived in Japan and hawaii that were in my area.
Good house for young family with no handicaps or elderly. Too much stairs inside for my liking. It’s not handicap accessible. Hard pass. You took the words out my mouth. It’s too choppy. Cosmetics don’t help core bone issues. But hopefully you find a young family who can pay. Privy neighborhood for sure.
My daughter and I were just looking at this home on Zillow yesterday. Looks great and is at the right price point. Going to drive by the neighborhood later today and then maybe give Core Team Hawaii a call. 📞 .
@@patrickrivera7404 hit us up. Text me if I don’t answer pls. This one you kinda need to see inside to get it. Also, I have some thoughts about the overall area vs this culdesac etc
Don’t care for the house. Too many negatives. not a good flow, all food made in the kitchen has to be carried down the stairs and then up the stairs after the meal is finished. That will get old real fast.

The interview with the Japanese folks felt like a show with in a show. So soulful a talk while remaining simple.
Loved this home so much! The floors are absolutely gorgeous ❤
They are! The whole interior is so well done.

lol can't win every battle. Your dog would love the enclosed outdoor area as well.

18.75 for a burrito? 🌯 holy crap we will see how long this place lasts.
That’s a good price and I’m not joking you I worked Alaska for years.
‘Too grandma potpourri’ 🤣
Just sayin... not trying to take away from the nice bathroom tho
This not the Kailua I grew up in the 70' and 80's..... It's more like Orange County and Maui had a bastard child.
I used live on Onioni St. Keolu hills
nice house but the chain link fence definitely an eye sore for a million dollar house.....
We played rich man poor man on mainland but most kids I grew up with were military. idk if it was picked up from Hawaii or not.
Have you heard other names for it?

That step down for older people not good. Otherwise really nice
Maybe a fit for a younger growing family or a group of working adults.
@@movingtohawaii true. It’s nice though. Good job renovating.
