Digimon World - 100 Prosperity (Birdramon) Speedrun in

- This is a speedrun of Digimon World where you recruit every Digimon to the city, totaling 100 Prosperity Points, specifically using Birdramon as my first Champion evolution.
The run uses the "No Major Glitches" ruleset, however Birdramon must be my first evolution, makes for a different run than the usual Bakemon run, changes include:
- Must evolve into Etemon using the Golden Banana purchased from the NPC Etemon, used to enter Grey Lord's Mansion to learn Thunder Justice (which is also needed for Monzaemon at end) and recruit SkullGreymon
- Compared to Bakemon, Birdramon/Etemon Sleep at night
- Get to use Meltdown, a tech rarely used outside of randomizer runs
- Ogremon II manip is completely inconsistent with Birdramon, which causes a reroute to do a portion of Freezeland before fighting Ogremon II so i can manip an Ice Mushroom
- Training + keeping within care mistake requirements for Birdramon evolution is far FAR more difficult to keep RNG consistent throughout than death evolution used to get Bakemon.
I've been grinding this category over on my Twitch channel for the last month and half struggling alot to get a completed run thats free of major mistakes, this one is very good, only big mistake is the encounter in Toy Town which is very hard to dodge so ill wear it, my goal time was 2:39:xx, so this time crushes it, very satisfied with this!

literally watched your WR run last week, amazes me how i never even got close to finishing this game when i was a kid, im talking weeks and weeks... and here it is in a few hours. Such a nostalgia trip, thanks for the upload!

I want to try something like this with a gabumon-ogremon-andromon set. I just can't figure out a good consistent attack for ogre. Not lookong for WR or anything, just lowering my time. I think it can be done in about 4-ish hours.

So I was actually able to get almost all digimons back when I was child.. Only missed out on the fishing one. Never caught the big "fish".

it's rng based, he manipulates rng, so it's not random, but all about timing

I wonder, how feaseable would be to do this in a 1 life run or, in other words, as a Numemon-Monzaemon set. To get the suit you just have to beat Drimogemon, Meramon and Otamamon. Maybe you could spam rests till Numemon then train then suit up. Just thinking out loud.
It is feasible, but likely slower.
Idk. It may cut around 30 minutes of play. I saw a run like this after commenting this, a legacy 1 life 100pp run, and it took them 16 ingame days. But they ain't Raikou. They went Agumon-Numemon-Monzaemon-Sukamon-Digitamamon. Very insteresting.
You can go with agumon > numemon > monzaemon but its far harder , need routing
@@desuganmen4827 how much harder tho? Once you get monzaemon and megalospark or thunder justice you are golden. The only problem is the numenon interval, but you can cut it quickly.
