Hi Crystal when using ground turkey or ground chicken u must have plenty of garlic powder or fresh. Dont use garlic salt will make it 2salty.Also add Salzon or accent, poultry season,sage. I promise you if u use those seasoning ur food will be seasoned well&delicious. I also add fresh onions, yellow or green onions. Turkey has never been my favorite bc i didn't season it properly. If its dry add lil olive oil, cook it on med heat, I also use Italian seasoning when i make lasagna.Hope these minor change's help.
