Look for a banana muffin mix or a spice cake mix and add bananas. Or get a yellow butter cake mix and add a tablespoon of cinnamon, a dash of pumpkin pie spice and the mashed bananas 💛

I love the puddin cookie cake. I made it my own, I put not even a 1/4 of banana extract in the puddin and cheese mix because I wanted the puddin to taste a little more of banana in the cheese than it did
I am telling you guys it was great. When I have a bake sale I am thinking about making two(2) pans and saling each dish for $10.00 it's just that good. I also put extra bananas and a extra layer of cookie and pudding, that's why I would charge so much. I'll let you know how the bake sale turn out

I made this cake yesterday. The cake was very moist. However, the pudding mixture just sat on top of bananas and cookies and never met with the cake. I made a roux of butter, carnation milk, lemon and vanilla flavor, cinnamon and a bit of sugar. Brought it to a boil and let thicken a bit. I poured around the sides and poked holes throughout cake and poured in. This made a wonderful difference. It just married the cake and pudding. Delicious. I will make this again, but minus the cheesecake flavored pudding and will use this roux before laying the pudding mixture. Thank you for sharing this delicious recipe!

I made this along with the herb roasted chicken and the creole crab stuffed salmon. It was only my daughter, her three kids, her husband and my sister and when I say just the few of us ate almost "ALL" of that cake and salmon. We went in. They couldn't stop eating the cake. A little tip do the pudding last after you’ve layered the bananas and the wafers. Because when u first making the pudding it’s watery so it’s better to put it in immediately the more u wait the more it will set. That’s if u like your pudding nice and soft with the cookies soft too.

I always put almond extract in my banana pudding and it keeps my guest guessing. Loved the recipe.

One thing I would suggest is adding some Cool Whip to your pudding and folding it in to make the pudding a little lighter but besides that you on point that look fire

I did just that and it was wonderful! When I took my pudding mix out of the frig, it was thicker than I expected so I mixed in the cool whip and it was perfect. Great recipe.
