It's not intestines, it's "Tripe"... bovine forestomach.
Poor low quality meat that many people like. I personally don't, just the look of it puts my brain in "throw up" mode

I don't know why this individuals don't ware gloves when serving or cooking food the city should be put some rules about it nothing wrong with infection control rules,gloves,mask and hair nets,HELLOOOO.
