Delicious meal from Cameroon made from maize meal, red cocoyam leaves , palm oil
Ingredients:
3 and half cup Maize meal
2 and half cup fine cornmeal
160G red cocoyam leaves venules
2tsp dry hot pepper powder
40g crayfish coarsely powdered
2tsp sea salt
2crayfish stock cubes
1cup unrefined palm oil
1200ml water( extra if needed to make the mixture more lighter)
Thaumatococcus danielli leaves ( known as well as Moi moi leaves) for packaging the mixture
