Wow Ngamba is soo positive. When I was early in my pregnancy I felt HORRIBLE and literally was confined to a bed due to having 0 energy and having severe hyperemesis gravidarum.
Congratulations! You're expecting a baby. You may have to search for unusual foods other than mushrooms, at odd hours, including in the dead of night. That's the way it goes. But you're capable!
Luckily, you have older and experienced family members to assist. I'm happy for both of you.

@@marttiereeds3494 I thought it was lemon with salt. Expectant women crave for 'strange' foods. And that combo might be the only way she could eat the mango without throwing up, especially, during the first trimester. Let's call it Salt and Caramel!
It was mango fruit with salt..the mango is semi raw not soft..a lot of women in Africa love eating that when pregnant..I guess it helps them somewhat.
