I had tried it today, and saves my more than 1 hour of cooking time. Although mutton recipe takes almost 3 hours to cook. Not forget to mention that it was fabulous in taste.

Bharatji I watch your recipes a lot! They are all super awesome.. I had a question regarding the oil quantity is around half cup for half kg mutton, if I am making in a house party usuaaly 1.5-2kg mutton is used, how much oil should I use to get this kind of beautiful consistency?
There's no shortcut to cooking good quality mutton. Mutton needs 'BHUNAYE' for a minimum of 15 mins, as that makes mutton crispy and easy to digest.
