so for mine, i did all the steps and it shows the drug mod while making a sim for the traits and stuff, but when I click on the sims it doesn’t show the B option

I had the same problem but i uninstalled the mod and then installed it back into my mods folder and it worked again 👍
hey! what you would do is just simply place the package/script files in the mods folder alone, basically take those necessary files out the basemental file and set them out in the mods folder, for some reason when they’re in the basemental folder they dont work anymore

the green notif was there and the game asked me to assign a drug dealer but i couldnt find a basemental drugs option on my sim or any other sim

Im having an issue where basemental doesn't work with mccc, without basemental, mccc works, but with base it dosent let me place some items, even tho both versions are updated
pls help, I've done everything mentioned and watched a couple of other videos and tried what they suggested but when i go back into my game to play it keeps coming up with that the game has updated and i need to return mods on, so I do that and restart the game (even tried the suggestion to run it as administrator which did work to get rid of the message sometimes but the mod won't show up in game still) and there's no options to use the mod! plssss helppp

For me it worked but since I haven't updated the mod for a while I can't use the settings of the mod anymore, I didn't even get the message about the mod anymore so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but the settings still don't work everything else except buying from the dealer.

It says that we need a venue list as a mod requirement. Do we still NEED to download it?
The mod works for me, like the items are in the game and i can interact with them, but the msg doesnt appear on the top right telling me its added nor does it have its own settings in my sims options?

I have problems with smoking. I don't get the option to use the empty jar and I can't smoke cigarettes from my inventory. Does anyone know how to fix it?
I did all of this but basemental drug (3 on custom content list) doesn’t show on mine. Is that why I can’t make a dealer ?

hello I downloaded sims 4 on steam for free but cant see mods folder do I have to create one or am I just not seeing correctly nvm

I do no t think so it worked . but what a bout Basemental Drugs . was thinking I download like you said . because it show in my mods when i go in my game but the thing say was there did not pop up in corner. so in game could not turn a nps in to a drug dealer. still watching video,s to learn how . any help would be appreciatd.

Hello, nice video when I click on my sims the B logo does not appear, I don't have access to shop and there is no dealer I can just smoke cigarettes and a few things with objects that I have placed in the world.And btw when I tried to install another mods file I didn't have access to my game the game didn't work, I even ended up losing my home :( Ty ! Hey! so you have to appoint a sim as a drug dealer so when you go into the options and click assign drug dealer, you have to then find them in the world and introduce yourself to them and then click the drugs options on that sim and it will come up with more options on what to buy.
It only works for builtmodus for me can someone help?

It should allow your to set a drug dealer in the settings? Other than that not sure
