Thats why they turned out so different even tho they followed the same person, because they view different aspects of all might being what a hero makes. In the end, it is the fusion of both which completes the picture, just like allmight said; The Urge to win and the Urge to save. The One who has both in him present, is the strongest Hero. Winning by saving people, saving people by winning. If we take a look at other top heroes, we will see that only a few has even one of those criteria. Endevour for example has the urge to win, but not so much to save (like katsuki), while another top hero like best jeanist is more likely the one to priotize saving, but not so much winning a fight (like deku) while it is both which makes one the absolutly strongest and best hero, the prototype allmight. Katsuki and midoriya being closest to that, maybe followed up by todoroki shoto. We can go further and realize that mirio is actually trying to realize those two aspects in themselves, as greatly seen in the fight against overhall. And from this episode on, this fight in the video up there, midoriya is trying more and more to increase the winning aspect for the sake of saving others (who in the past was more often just wanting to save, except for situations where winning was crucial) and katsuki implementing more and more the urge to save for the sake of winning (where in the past he did not care about that, Always wanting to win only)

@@jakeystarsuperif Bakugo's aim was to kill Deku he could as well. Not once did he pull out howitzer impact here. That argument isn't sound. He's always had amazing reflexes and intuition. Even in his very first fight you can see how meticulous and quick he is.
Deku takes too long and thinks too much. Bakugo has always been quicker when analyzing fights and is incredibly creative . So whenever the fight isn't about raw damage output, Bakugo wins over Deku.
